Guests will have access to the entire property on their side of the duplex and all of the amenities. In additional to the amenities located inside the house, there is also a shared space in the back of the duplex where the outdoor shower (with hot water available) and the BBQ grill is located. Your access into the house will be via keypad and a 4 digit code that is sent to you 3 days prior to your visit.



Privately owned and managed by Mark and Michelle. We are responsive and prompt to follow up on any questions. We are available nearly all hours of the day and night. At some point, sleep is required and we may miss a message from you then, but we will respond immediately in the morning if a message is missed.



Our townhome feels like a tree house with views above the palms and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The walk to the nearly private beach take about 30 seconds before your toes are in the sand. It is a magical place that feels very private. Manasota Key has a few restaurants worth visiting such as Lock-n-Key, Sandbar, and Waverly. There is a golf cart that will drive and pick you up, called Stumpy's Free Ride. Englewood Beach has yoga every morning on the each at 8:30 a.m. They also have a great park for kids to play with wonderful shade and picnic benches. Blind Pass Beach is known for finding shark teeth and Stump Pass is a state park that will allow you to walk among the trees as well as walk the beach to the south end of the island. Often you will see dolphin or manatee swimming in the area. On the north end of the key, you will find Manasota Beach, another public beach to explore. Be sure to drive through the northern part of the key to catch the canopy road and the mangroves. The million dollar homes are beautiful as well.



On Sunday's, weather permitting, about 1 hour prior to sunset, the local drum circle gathers at Englewood Beach.



The local farmer's market is on Thursday's on history Dearborn Street, October thru May from 9 a.m - 2 p.m.



Sarasota and Venice are nearby with more beautiful beaches and quaint downtown areas.
