With enough space to sleep 13 people, there is room for friends and family to come spend an unforgettable vacation exploring all that the area has to offer. Close to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Enjoy a cup of coffee before going out exploring the area and end your day in the hot tub or sitting by the Fire Pit enjoying time with everyone, or cuddle up in front of the fireplace!
This Private Mountain Getaway is a perfect setting to create memories in the mountains all year long! This property is located on a 4 acre parcel so there is plenty of seclusion and privacy away from the world and noisy neighbors! Our Mountain Retreat is a 3 story cabin with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large wrap around deck with a hot tub, propane BBQ grill and patio tables. Our beautifully decorated cabin features a video arcade for those rainy days, big large screen TVs, and full size washer and dryer in case you need to wash anything. Plus there is a fire pit to enjoy with family and friends at night that is perfect for telling Ghost Stories! Come enjoy a perfect and private property that will make your vacation one to remember for a lifetime!

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Our cabin is located at a top of a mountain. The roads can be steep, narrow and curvy. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to the cabin, please feel free to ask us. The cabin does not require a 4 wheel drive or front wheel drive under normal weather conditions, however it is recommended when there is snow and ice. Rear wheel drive vehicles are not suggested during the winter months.

*WELL WATER: Private Mountain Retreat is on well water. Well water here in the Smoky Mountains sometimes has a different feel to it. Well water is safe to drink and to use for bathing and to cook with. We do have water system at the Private Mountain Retreat, but keep in mind, it may smell and feel different than what you are used to. Also, well may take time to recoup themselves after a lot of water has been used. This is a common problem in this area and there are times you may have to use water sparingly or wait for the water pressure to rebuild.

*PETS AND WILDLIFE: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests every month, but there are times you will find bugs, such as ladybugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, and we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors. Please do not leave any food in your car. Bears may want to get into your car to enjoy your leftovers. :)

Good afternoon and thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property! Here is your check-in information for your arrival: Cabin Name: Cascades The address is: 2125 Cascades Ct. Sevierville, TN 37862, USA - Check-in any time after 4:00pm - The door code is: 4810 - Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends. -Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay: Wi-Fi Network: Bear Paw Wi-Fi Password: 2125cascades -The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature. ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we must call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

*Property is located at 2125 Cascades Ct. Sevierville, TN *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *Fireplaces are On between October 1st - February 1st, and off the rest of the year. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
