Our home is in a no wake zone where you can kayak, swim, and float without the worry of boats speeding by. Conveniently located just around the corner from Bridgewater Marina, Heron's Nest is the perfect place to experience both thrill and relaxation. For those looking for a little adventure, we are just around the corner from Bridgewater Marina where you can rent a boat along with other water toys, shop, feed the carp, and more. Taking a break from the lake? Check out the local alpaca farm, antique shops, or tour the nearby winery. Our rental is a haven of peace and relaxation, where you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature.

“Amazing place!”
This rental is far and away one of my family’s favorites if all time. We have rented many houses from South Carolina to Paris can say that the size, openness, furnishings and absolutely the most responsive host set this one apart. In addition to having a theater, ping pong and pool table, the kayaks and outdoor activities were available to make it the most relaxing and fun place we have stayed in a long time. To top it all off, Ashley could not have been a better host, from providing local. Information to scouting the house to try to locate Something we left behind. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a large house with something for everyone.

“Absolutely beautiful house”
Beautiful immaculate home, nicely decorated, kitchen is completely stocked with everything you could possibly need, including 2 grills, one on the deck and one on the dock.
Several places inside and outside to just sit, enjoy, relax and take in the beauty of the lake . If you get want to engage in activities, the large basement is the place to go to play a game of pool, ping pong or other games, or go to the movie room to enjoy a good movie.
We look forward to making this a yearly experience! Don't forget to check out the charming town of Moneta and its shops or go see the D-Day museum in Bedford about 30 minutes away.

“Huge, comfortable, clean, FUN”
I brought my 4 kids (6, 10, 13, 14) from Massachusetts as a last hurrah before school started and we had one of our best trips ever at this lake house. The hosts/owners thought of everything! I cook and bake, and at other vacation rentals I’ve had to make frosting in a blender or 100 pancakes on an 8” skillet, so I loved how well-stocked this kitchen is. And there’s no shortage of dishes to eat off of or places to sit. Not a speck of dust or smear of grime anywhere!

This lake house is a total oasis. There are views everywhere, beautiful landscaping, and the weather kept the water temperature perfect the whole time! Since we came from so far, I had to go grocery shopping for fresh stuff but the store is only a few miles away. Then the rest of the time was spent enjoying ourselves out on the dock, in the water, in the kayaks, back in the water, listening to music on the dock (they have Bluetooth speakers!), grab a snack in the kitchen, get back in the water. Totally dreamy for me. We rented a boat nearby and went tubing. Fun for the tubers and the YouTubers.

My kids loved the theater room and huge TVs, and the chance to have their own space downstairs in the common area. And did I mention how clean everything was?? I hate cleaning but always appreciate a clean house.

This is your spot! You won’t be disappointed!
