This sunny, spacious Gramercy Park studio has a fun vibrant feel with beautiful hardwood floors, a queen-sized bed, fully-equipped kitchen, an office area, exercise equipment, two TVs, and automated blackout blinds. The unit is blissfully quiet with high-floor views overlooking a tree lined courtyard and has 24/7 doormen on staff.

This desirable neighborhood is centrally located for easy access to Madison Square Park, Union Square, and Flatiron, with the subway, bus, and citi bikes all nearby
Everything has been thought out in full detail to ensure an enjoyable stay!

-Please respect my apartment as if it's your home since it's my home -Please do not use air fryer and microwave, blender, toaster, etc. at the same time --> the fuse will blow -Please do not eat or drink on the couch -Please no guests over besides those on your reservation unless pre-approved -Please do not smoke or vape in the unit or in the building -Please don't touch, use, move, or take my personal items, clothes, electric scooter, surfboard, hockey gear, etc. -This a fairly quiet apartment building with mostly owner-occupied residents so please be respectful of others and conscious of noise, especially in the evening -Please do not leave things outside the front door - whether it be an umbrella, shoes, food that was delivered, trash, etc. —> the neighbors will contact the doormen and they will call me -If you're not sure just ask! I'm usually very quick to respond -Will speak to you regarding additional rules before confirming booking such as getting the keys to my unit and entering/exiting the building, as well as offering flexibility on check-in, check-out times No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is flexible
