Spacious second-floor studio in the Kauai Kailani Condos ideal for couples or individual visiting Kauai. This is a peaceful oceanfront property with own beach just steps from the studio. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and Coconut Coast. Take a very short drive into historic Old Kapa'a town and you will experience the local vibe, one-of-a-kind food trucks, famous restaurants, and unique shops. You will be centrally located in Kauai making it easy to visit the beautiful island.

Enjoy the comfort of a king-size bed, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, earth friendly utensils, cable and smart TV. Spacious full bath with tub and shower combo. This was the master bedroom of the condo converted to a private studio with separate entrance. For security and privacy, the door is locked with a double side (cylinder) deadbolt so it can't be opened from both sides.

I stayed here as a solo traveler & it was exactly what I needed! Perfect size for me or even 2 people! The mirror in the bathroom moves around for different angles, the shower pressure was great, lots of counter space & hooks in the bathroom! The bed was super comfy! There’s AC, a ceiling fan, & a floor fan so temperature can be what you want! There’s extension cords for plugs! They provided a sweet welcome basket w Hawaiian snacks & coffee which I took advantage of! There was a mini fridge that came in handy, a coffee kurig, napkins, plates, cutting board! There was a tv not that I had time to even watch but nice to have! The best part was there were 2 kids snorkels, 2 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas, a cooler! I used one set every day for the beach which was SO nice & easy to set up & carry! The beach towels were awesome as well! Very easy to dust out the sand & they dry very quickly! They provided s/c/bodywash/lotion which was thoughtful! Short walk to the beach/safeway/Ross! Easy parkin

We had a wonderful time. The Airbnb was exactly as described as well as clean and conveniently located. We were able to access all parts of the island with ease. Marc gave some great recommendations for activities and places to eat and was always responsive if I had a question. I loved that there were beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler to use. Despite reading other reviews, I would disagree with the review that stated the bed was uncomfortable. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable! I felt the price was fair and my husband and I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this Airbb was fantastic —right on the beach, so we could enjoy the sunrise every morning. While the beach didn't seem swimmable, it was still a beautiful view. Shops and restaurants were conveniently across the street within walking distance, and being centrally located made it only a 45-minute drive to both the north and south shores. However, the room itself could use some attention. It felt a bit old and worn, with loose fixtures and a TV awkwardly positioned for watching from bed. The shower sprayed water everywhere, and the noise was more than expected; we could hear cars, people passing by, and every morning at 5 am, loud footsteps from the room upstairs would wake us up. On plus side the room came with two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, which were incredibly convenient! Overall, the location was excellent, but the room itself left a bit to be desired.
