La Marque offers a perfect blend of tranquility and proximity to attractions. Explore the nearby Galveston Island with its beautiful beaches, vibrant entertainment, and delicious seafood restaurants. The Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, and historic downtown Galveston are just a short drive away.

There is a long driveway that can hold 4 cars easily and ample street parking also is avaialble.

The floors can be slightly uneven at some spots due to old style having plywood over slab. No foundation issues. House is build in 1962, it’s an older home.

Due to hot and humid weather near the coast and native texas tree roach, there is a slight chance you will see one or two roaches, these are native specicy and nothing to do with cleanliness
