The privacy, convenience and comfortable space provided by the South Maui Guest Suite makes it a desirable alternative.

The suite features... an amazing location. As noted above, we are a 10 minute walk to Kamaole Beach II, a ten minute drive to get into Makena, twenty minutes to Kahului and forty-five minutes to get you to Paia.

New granite topped, fully outfitted kitchen. All cooking needs are provided, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, spices, coffee beans, tea bags.

New porcelain tiled bath/shower. Full towel sets, individually packaged shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, toothbrushes, more.

To keep you comfortable, the suite features a two-zone Mitsubishi a/c system w/remotes.

A full sized washer and dryer are for your exclusive use.

Body boards, snorkels/masks, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and awesome beaches are yours to enjoy.

As the owner and the individual who operates the South Kihei Guest Suite, my hands are on all aspects of the suite. This is my only rental and I give attention to it all and am the one that cleans, prep and sanitizes the suite.

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. Thank you for making our trip memorable. See you soon!

In der Suite hat man alles was man braucht, auch für den Strand Besuch sind die Handtücher, Stühle, Schnorcheln und eine Kühltasche vorhanden. Der Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir können Scott seine Suite jedem herzlichst empfehlen. Danke Scott und Prost 😃

Scott and I communicated mostly via Airbnb website well before and shortly before we traveled. He was super helpful and answered all questions promptly. We had almost no interaction while we were there as his assistance wasn’t needed but in person he let us know that he was very available should the need arise. The apartment was centrally located and perfect as our pivot point. The apartment was very clean and quiet and we felt right at home.

Our guest suite is a 12 minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park II. A 20 - 25 minute drive from the Maui airport, five minutes to Wailea and a half hour to Lahaina.

A personalized code is provided for the smart lock a few days prior to check in.

I prefer to meet with my guests as you arrive in order to point out a few some aspects that otherwise are overlooked.

This saves both of us time with the asking and the answering of questions regarding various aspects of the suite during your stay.

House Rules
Per our Maui County permit and house rules;

- Quiet Hours are 9PM - 8AM.
- Two adult guests, maximum. Only registered guests are allowed on property.
- Park off-street in designated area of driveway. Pull in straight, no back ins.
- Footwear that has been worn outside is to be removed prior to entering the suite. Go island style (barefoot) or use the provided new, fresh, indoor slippers when indoors.
- No smoking.
