THE HOST, KARIMA WAS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. HER RESPONSE TIME TO MY INQUIRIES WAS SUPERB. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A GREAT GOLF COMMUNITY WITH A GREAT RESTURANT. THERE ARE LOTS OF RESTURANTS AND STORES IN THE AREA. A LIBRARY IN LESS THAN TWO MILES. GREAT WALKING TRAILS IN THE AREA. A BEAUTIFUL LAKE IN LESS THAN A MILE WITH A PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN. THIS IS A GOLF CART COMMUNITY SO, IF YOU DONT WANT TO DRIVE TO THE STORES, JUST GET IN A COSY GOLF CART AND RIDE. ALSO, GOOD FOR SIGHT SEEING IN THE COMMUNITY. A VERY DOG FRIENDLY COMMUNITY. MY DOG GOT AWAY AND THE NEIGHBORS CAME OUT TO HELP ME FIND MY DOG. A NEIGHBOR HAD THE DOG AND TURNED IT IN TO THE ANIMAL CONTROL AFTER SHE COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH US. WHAT'S BEAUTIFUL ABOUT THIS WAS, THE ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER, AFTER FINDING MY NUMBER AND CALLING ME, BROUGT THE DOG BACK TO THE HOUSE. HOW MUCH MORE ACCOMODATING AND BEAUTIFUL HOSPITALITY A COMMUNITY CAN BE.

This house is in a wonderful neighborhood and has many great amenities. Not only does it have a lot of space and all you would need it also is very convenient to all attractions. Although there were some issues to start they were taken care of very quickly and above expectations. It was a very stress free stay at a beautiful home.

House Rules
1. Smoking is not allowed in the home. When smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.

2. There is a local noise ordinance enforced after 10pm. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred due to violations of local noise ordinance or other local laws.

3. Pets are allowed, however guests are responsible for any damages incurred at the property by their pets or other guests. All pet waste must be disposed of properly in a bag and thrown in the garbage. If pet waste is left on the property at the end of the lease term, there will be an $250 waste disposal fee.

Cancelations within 48 hours of booking receive a full refund. Get back 100% of what you paid.
