Policies and Rules
1. Welcome to Pelican’s Cove Condo. We hope you have a fun and relaxing time
during your stay. Our unit is E706. (E is for East). When you get to the
security gate give them our unit # and let them know you are guests of Rick
and Jill Plath. They will give you a parking pass. Our building is on the left
side of the resort near the middle elevator. Behind the elevator are luggage
racks for your use to bring all your belongings up to the 7th floor. Our unit is
directly to the right once you get off the elevator.
2. Check in Time is 4pm (sometimes earlier depending on housecleaning) and
Check out is 11am.
3. Only Condo Owners are allowed to bring their pets and you may see them
being walked around the resort, but please, as a guest, leave your fur babies
at home.
4. Per HOA Rules: No glass allowed at the pool. You can’t hang towels or wet
items on the metal railing on the patio. However you can hang them on the
patio chairs or on our Towel hooks on the back wall on the balcony. No
parties or loud music after 10pm.
Checking In:
1. When you arrive into the property, you will need to go into the lobby first.
Please let me know when you get there. I will need to contact the HOA Security to have them meet you at the far right half moon shaped desk (next to the fitness center) to give each person staying in your room a wrist band.
Please don’t go to the condo without your wristbands as security checks
them for pool/grounds access. Also keep your band on at all times and don’t loose it - It costs $50 to replace. Whether you are bringing 1 guest or 5, there is an $11 per day resort/wristband fee for the room. This fee will be charged when you book.
2. If the condo is not ready when you arrive you are free to hang out at the pool,
beach or have a bite to eat at the onsite 638 Coffee Shop or the Sonoran Grill.
One or the other will be open as they have opposite hours.
3. The front door lock is automated. Wake up the key pad by pushing any button, then, type in the code given to you (or the one you chose yourself) then press the # button to unlock the door. To lock the door, make sure the door is shut and press any number to wake the pad up and then push the #
button until it lights up and you hear it lock. The door is pre-programed to lock after 60 seconds if you have trouble with the lock. If you need to make multiple trips to bring in your belongings, use the door stopper so the door doesn’t shut and lock.
4. If the room is not clean to your satisfaction, you run out of something essential, or if you have any issues or concerns, please let us know by sending us a group text msg or call us.

Checking Out -
1. Please leave the beds unmade. If guest bedroom or sleeper couch were not
used, then leave as is.
2. Leave dirty towels in the hamper in the laundry room.
3. Please clean up after yourself.
4. Make sure when you leave you set thermostat at 78.
5. Please refill coffee station for the next guest - Extra supplies above
the microwave.
6. Please throw all trash in the large trash can in front of the elevator
7. Please put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it before you leave.
8. If anything was broke or damaged during your stay please let us know ASAP
so we can get it replaced or fixed for the next guest.
9. If any Pool floats were used please lay on the patio to dry and then deflate
and put back in the black bin in the guest closet.
