With over 4600 square feet indoors and 27 acres out, theres plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this private setting.

The atrium with a 65 OLED TV, pool table, bar, river rock gas fireplace and dining for 18 is sure to be a favorite gathering spot for friends and family.

The fully-stocked chefs kitchen with professional appliances including a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Miele double ovens, a SubZero fridge plus wine fridge and a farm table for 8 will appeal to the cooks in your group. We even provide the good knives from CutCo.

The movie room is also a favorite hangout with lots of comfy seating, another cozy fireplace and a 72 OLED TV complete with full surround sound to view your favorite movies and shows.

The primary bedroom suite offers a king size canopy bed designed by Leanne Ford for Crate & Barrel with luxury linens and a huge master bath with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet.

All bathrooms are complete with ample towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

Outdoors theres a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, a large gas BBQ grill and a sparkling swimming pool with loungers for 8, tons of inflatables and an outdoor fridge for all of your pool-side refreshments.
