Exactly as described. Very cosy and warm felt right at home. The house was spotless. The host is very communicative. And the guide they provided for Soma bay was very thoughtful and helped us a lot. The check in was seamless. This will be my place everytime I come to Somabay.

The unit was as described and had all the appliances as per the listing. The team was super responsive to any queries or requests I had throughout my short stay. The location is absolutely fantastic, the unit is spacious and with a lovely terrace in the front overlooking the pool and beach. Note: Bring your own tissues, water, and shower stuff. You can get these from the supermarket in the Marina as well. Summary: Great host, superb view and fantastic location. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if I get the chance :)

The place was spacious with a real nice view. The furniture was nice for a beach. Kitchen was fairway equipped, could be a bit more organized though. Some hangers and mirrors in the bathrooms can be useful for the guests. Salma and her team were responsive to the concerns we had about the cleanliness of the unit and an issue we had with the showers. They sent maintenance to fix it right away. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable though and bed sheets of the 2 single beds were very uncomfortable. There is probably bed bugs in both rooms as we have been bitten and still recovering from those bites. The unit is really nice but needs to be taken care of if it was left unused for a long time. I suggest getting better pillows, and new bed sheets that are hypoallergenic and using mattresses protectors and doing deep cleaning of the unit on a regular basis even if it is not used. There is an opportunity for improvement for this unit to be the best place to come back to.

Response:Thanks for your review. We do apologize for the dustiness of the place, there was a sandstorm directly before your arrival. We of course sent the housekeeping team immediately. We did a through check for bedbugs using various tests and conclusively found none. During this time mosquitos are quite active and this was probably the cause of your bites. As for the sheets they are 100% cotton and there are mattress protectors on each bed. We look forward to improving your experience next time!

Hi beautiful vacation place! The staff/ hosts were all amazing. House was spotless and spectacular beach view. This area is still in development and not crowded with tourists. so take advantage of a quiet vacation, in a beautiful nature place, to recharge from the city. Soma bay is paradise. You can also manage easily without a car. Soma bay has golf cart taxis that you can rent or order one like a taxi. Highly recommend. 🙏🏻

The place is very lovely and right next to the beach and the kitesurf spot. It was exactly what we needed. We loved how spacious it was and that not many other people were around. The house itself was very clean and included all amenities that we could have wished for.

Somabay is an absolutely stunning destination. The Mesca cabins are thoughtfully equipped and perfectly situated, with the beautiful pool adding to the experience. Visiting in September, we found it to be wonderfully quiet, offering the peace and relaxation we were seeking. Renting a golf cart is essential to easily access places like the supermarket and marina, as they are too far to walk. The landscaping is impressive, though it’s worth noting that some areas are still under construction, which can occasionally cause some noise. The highlight of our stay was the Wyte Beach—the warm, crystal-clear sea and the restaurant serving delicious food made it truly special. It was an incredible discovery, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Salma was extremely supportive and handled the situation very friendly and easily, easy and v fast access, fast cleaning process although we booked last minute, and was extremely helpful . Place is perfect from utilities aspect when h have kids, clean place and very helpful housekeeping staff. We enjoyed alit and highly recommended.
