Great place to stay! We had several families renting this house together with ages from 7-80 and everyone had plenty of space to stay and unwind. An added bonus was there was a fence beside the house that connected to the deck so my dog could go off-leash outside for a bit. Another added bonus was the water activities. The paddle boards were so much fun! The kitchen was very well stocked too and made it easy to cook meals. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was excellent and there was plenty of room for our large family. The host was very responsive and the place was well equipped. The game room was especially enjoyed by our teenagers as well as the hot tub! I highly recommend this place.

Friends long weekend trip to the lake
What a GRAND weekend!!! Great experience with this house and the ownership. We had a group of 9 adults and the layout of the house is perfect. Great for friends and families to enjoy Grand Lake. It had everything we needed - even had toys/items for the lake we could use. Lots of outdoor seating. The owner contacted us early in the week with an issue at the house and even offered to cancel if we wanted. We did not take her up on the offer (because we wanted to be at the lake). Check in info came on time. Owner responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. Loved our time at Grand Lake and would have no issue with renting from Leslie again.

The facility was very nice and just like the online advertisement. Everything we needed was provided and in very good condition. It was conveniently located and anything we needed was available withing just a few minutes. We were very favorably impressed by the local supermarket. The only issues we had were that the outside area of the property (patio and hot tub area) was not as clean as it should have been. The hot tub furniture was moldy, and it looked like the entire area needed a good sweeping and power washing. These were minor concerns and did not detract from the wonderful time we had at your property. We will definitely come back in the future and recommend to our friends. Thanks so much.

Parking available in driveway of lake home, roughly 8 to 10 cars will fit. Park only on asphalt driveway, not on gravel access to driveway. Gravel is shared access with neighbors, asphalt is ours!
