1-Pets: Adult dogs only. Our insurance carrier requires proof of vaccination, vet-issued flea/tick medication. Dog must be crated when left alone.

2-Maximum number of guests is 16 unless advance permission is granted by owner. STRICTLY ENFORCED.

3-A copy of a government issued ID needs to be texted to owner or presented to property manager at time of check in.
