We have two king bedrooms and a kids bedroom with a bunk bed that has a twin on top and gum below. We also have a crib, pack n play and twin air bed.
House Rules
No events, parties or large gatherings
No Smoking anywhere inside the property
You must complete a guest registration form so we can pre-register you for access through the manned entrance. Government ID in the name of the lead guest will be requested by the Guard on duty.
Payment Policy
Deposit to secure dates is required. Balance payable 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage waiver or refundable damage deposit payable.
Refundable Damage Deposit
You can either opt to pay a $75 damage waiver which covers you for up to $500 in accidental damage, or you can select a refundable $500 deposit, which is payable 2 days prior to arrival and refunded within 48 hours of your checkout.
Cancellation Policy
If you do have to cancel after the cancellation date, we will do all we can to rebook the dates. If we do rebook the dates in full you will be refunded in full.
We highly recommend all guests take out travel protection to cover for unforeseen cancellations. We can recommend several companies. During the summer season you are visiting a hurricane zone, travel insurance is essential to cover your air and accommodation.
