Excellent place for our family of 9! Very spacious home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our kids loved all the activities provided as well! The spa was amazing and was heated! The house was very close to Disney, Universal and Sea World! We would definitely stay again!!

This is a beautifully decorated and very clean home. We had everything we expected and needed. I do wish Susan was more communicative, but that lack of communication did not negatively impact our stay. We were greeted when we checked in with some foil pans as a welcome gift and the house is Beautiful!!!! My family has come to Florida for several years during Thanksgiving Holiday and we have stayed in Solterra and Champions Gate! By far, this home was the most beautifully decorated.

This place was everything we expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were clean and prepared, and the outdoor space was relaxing. We loved being so close to the clubhouse and water amenities. A great neighborhood to take a walk or ride the bikes provided (just had to pump up the tires). We liked the option of getting rid of our trash daily to keep the house clean. A big plus was the bedroom on the 1st floor for my 90 year old mom. The only surprise we had was the clubhouse amenities were not part of the package that was originally advertised. We booked before the date the resort started charging a $45 fee. Honestly, that was a minimal fee for what we were able to access for the week. So it was still a win! Our family would definitely stay here again. Susan was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions (even if the answers were in the book we overlooked at first that is at the house).

This place was exactly what the photos showed. Photos were true to size, wide angle photos weren’t used. The place had enough space for a large group to not feel on top of one another!
It was supplied with a few amenities to help with our stay, especially making it easier on our later than expected arrival due to flight delays, which made for a warm welcome at the end of our day/ start of a fun filled vacation.

Susan was Awesome! She was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions I had! Before and during she was the best host !

Had a great stay here for a long weekend getaway with a group of 7. House is larger than meets the eye. Plenty of space, and plenty of bathrooms that were all spotless. About 25 minutes from Disney parks, 30-35 to universal, but all in all, a nice location! Susan was very responsive and made our stay stress free.

The neighborhood is really nice, centrally located to go way and about Orlando area and parks. The house is very pretty, spacious, nice jacuzzi, well maintained, with lots of amenities, next to the club house, easy access to the gym and the club has a nice lazy river pool.
Important to call out about parking, there are not enough space in the streets to park, the house has one garage space that has a ping pong table and we could only park one car in the driveway. We had trouble finding where to park the 2nd car every day, the only option one of the nites was at the club house, to find out that our car was towed the next day. There is a very small sign notifying that parking overnight was not allowed. This should be called out in the house instructions and a bigger sign on the club house.

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could possibly want. It exceeded our expectations, especially in how beautifully it was staged with high end furnishings throughout, including the bathrooms, towels arranged into swans, dining place settings on the dining table and the counter- this is not the norm for rentals, and it felt like checking into a luxury hotel. Host communication was outstanding, and always immediate which we truly appreciated. The resort pools and amenities are directly behind the home steps away from the back yard. Very impressive rental, highly recommend, with easy access to the Orlando parks.

Susan’s place is perfect for a vacation. It is about 30 minutes from Disney and lots of restaurants near by. We loved that the clubhouse was directly behind the house and we could walk there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all beautifully decorated and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again myself in the future.
