Located in the heart of North Conway New Hampshire in the beautiful White Mountains. This 2100 square-foot ‘North Conway Mountain Dream’ townhome features four levels of living space. The five separate sleeping areas and three full baths provide comfortable areas for everyone and includes free Wi-Fi. It is within a short walk to the settlers green outlet mall and area restaurants and just a short mile to the village center. Close to Mini golf ,the indoor water park, playgrounds and the N. Conway scenic Railroad and Cranmore.This location is smack dab in the middle of everything and just a couple minutes away from great attractions such as Diana’s bath, Storyland, and a number of great skiing locations - Cranmore (5 min), Attitash (12 min), Wildcat (20 min) and Brettonn Woods (35 min). Perfect for a girls weekend for a shopping trip! While in the area, don’t miss a drive through the stunning white mountains, a must see! This quiet, private location puts you in the center of all that North Conway has to offer and close to the White Mountains. You will also enjoy access to the community pool to cool off after a long day of fun in the mountains.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit will be refunded if no damages/house rules are violated. Must be sent via paypal or venmo prior to receiving check in information
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. No refunds after 48 hours. We suggest buying trip insurance if your plans aren’t solid.
Notes
We are a non-smoking and pet free unit. Please do not allow anyone to smoke inside the unit or to bring pets. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if our cleaning crew detects smoking, pet hair etc
All guests staying on the property must be registered. You must provide your address, phone number and names and ages of all guests to be registered. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the property.
Absolutely no parties/events. We are geared towards multiple families visiting the area.
The grill is to be moved 10 feet away from the unit when cooking. The grill is never to be moved to the upper deck as this poses a fire concern. Propane tanks are provided.
Please help us be energy efficient and close the doors and windows if the air is on. The Thermostat should never be lowered to below 70 degrees.
Wifi and Pool Gate codes can be found in our guidebook.
Guests who check out later than 11 am will be subject to a $25 fee for every 30 minutes past 11 they vacate the home. Our cleaning crew will arrive at 11 and if they have to wait to enter, they charge us, and this covers that extra fee.
All household trash must be disposed of in the dumpster across from the unit prior to check out. If trash is left behind, our cleaners charge us $25 for up to 4 bags, and we will need to deduct that charge from your security deposit.
Before your departure, your are responsible to:
Leave all used beds unmade.
Load the dishwasher and start it. Empty it if you can, please.
Wash and pack away any extra dirty dishes.
Make sure the grill is clean if you have used it.
Move all furniture and kitchen items back to original locations.
Remove all perishable items from the fridge.
Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
Turn off all lights, electronics and kitchen appliances.
Deposit any trash in the dumpster directly across from the unit.
Return the parking passes.
Should you fail to comply with check out procedures, you are subject to additional fees up to $550.
