☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, it can be heated from the backyard it takes about 30 minutes to get to 100-102 degrees.

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.

☆ Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always try their best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool

☆ Bachelorette Parties: Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If youre booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!

The area is undergoing redevelopment, and the city is actively working to improve nearby properties, including an abandoned house in the neighborhood. Like other parts of Palm Springs, there is a visible homeless population throughout the city, including downtown and the surrounding areas. The property offers privacy and flexibility, so you don’t need to worry about noise complaints, making it a great spot for lively gatherings. While we love furry friends, the neighborhood isn’t ideal for walking dogs, and the home is best suited for adults rather than families with young children. This vibrant, diverse community is perfect for those looking to celebrate and enjoy the energy of Palm Springs!

Theres a boarded up house on the street that is not inhabited, but other than that, all neighbors on the street are friendly. We communicate with them often.
