Our house is centrally located off of I-290, and Lincoln St. Walking distance to shops, and a short drive from all that Worcester has to offer.

This home is located close to Hanover Insurance, Umass University Campus, and a short drive from area schools and universities.

This large colonial home has four bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, living room on an open floor plan, and separate dining room. You can also enjoy the back yard with deck space and patio seating.

This might result in early termination of reservation without any refunds. * Unauthorized pets of any type will result in a pet cleaning fee * Smoking, vaping, incense, candles or any other type of smoke will result in a $300 remediation fee * Early check-ins, or late check-outs will try to be accommodated, but are NOT guaranteed. Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $100 cleaning crew rescheduling. * Hair coloring or dying in the property is not allowed. Staining of fixtures and towels will result in an additional charge. * No glitter, confetti, silly string or other widely dispersed items are not allowed, and will result in an additional cleaning fee. DISCLOSURES - By booking, you acknowledge and agree that these items are beyond the host's control, and will not affect your experience or review of the property. * Guests do NOT have access to garages or basement. These are service areas only. * Property is centrally located off a main road, and experiences typical road noise. *Property is within walking distance to restaurants, and when sitting outside or opening windows you might smell restaurant cooking. * Property is located in proximity to a construction company. While they normally do not disturb the property, at times during the day, they might move equipment which could be loud.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security Deposit refunds will be processed within 7 days of check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for stay is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds on cancellations less than 7 days. Taxes and cleaning fee are refundable if cancelled anytime prior to the stay.
