When we travel over 1,000 miles to enjoy a beach vacation we’re not interested in being steps from the beach, across from the beach, or having what is euphemistically advertised as, “a view of the beach.” We want to be on the beach, and as close to the water as possible.



In our opinion, it simply makes no sense to stop 1,000 or even 500 feet short of our destination. This is why, after over 40-years of traveling all around Florida, and an intense three-year search for what we consider to be the perfect location, we chose the closest beachfront condo building to the Gulf of Mexico on Siesta Key. With this million dollar direct Gulf view we can watch dolphins jump and manatees cruise slowly by in crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico that are only a stone’s throw from our lanai. This is beachfront at its best!



Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is on the quiet southern end of Siesta Key where traffic moves smoothly along a tree-covered street that has generous bicycle lanes on both sides. The condo is on a very narrow strip of sand, and is directly on the beach. The Gulf is approximately 125 feet from the our lanai, and the bay inlet is only about 100 feet from our east balcony.

Easy Access and Convenience Our condo is on a VERY narrow strip of sand that is only about 325 feet wide. It is directly on the beach and direct oceanfront (Gulf-front) to the west and direct bay-front to the east. For your convenience, your reserved parking space is straight across from the entrance where you will find an elevator and carts that you can use to move things between your vehicle and your room. Our guests have free use of our boat docks, kayak storage rack and kayak launch as well as the amenities of our heated pool, shuffleboard court and BBQ grills along the bay. There is also a public playground that is a short walk to the north. Whether you are planning a romantic getaway or a family vacation, our beachfront Siesta Key condo is a great destination for creating memories that may last a lifetime. If you are our guest for even just one week, I think you’ll understand why the locals say, “If you’re lucky enough to live on Siesta Key, you’re lucky enough!”

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel prior to 60 days before scheduled arrival, we will not refund the $450.00 reservation deposit. If you cancel within 60 days before arrival, and we can find a new guest at the same price, we will refund your payments except the $450.00 reservation deposit.
Notes
There is no broadband Internet (WiFi) or parking fees. Guests are welcome to use our boat docks, kayak storage and special kayak launch ramp free of charge.
