When we travel over 1,000 miles to enjoy a beach vacation we’re not interested in being steps from the beach, across from the beach, or having what is euphemistically advertised as, “a view of the beach.” We want to be on the beach, and as close to the water as possible.

In our opinion, it simply makes no sense to stop 1,000 or even 500 feet short of our destination. This is why, after over 40-years of traveling all around Florida, and an intense three-year search for what we consider to be the perfect location, we chose the closest beachfront condo building to the Gulf of Mexico on Siesta Key. With this million dollar direct Gulf view we can watch dolphins jump and manatees cruise slowly by in crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico that are only a stone’s throw from our lanai. This is beachfront at its best!

Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is on the quiet southern end of Siesta Key where traffic moves smoothly along a tree-covered street that has generous bicycle lanes on both sides. The condo is on a very narrow strip of sand, and is directly on the beach. The Gulf is approximately 125 feet from the our lanai, and the bay inlet is only about 100 feet from our east balcony.
