This is a private and peaceful 3 level home with 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It is equipped to sleep 9. Linens and towels provided. On site: full volleyball court, ping-pong and beach equipment.

This property is located in Duck, NC. Please note that all of Duck uses "Kitty Hawk, NC" for postal purposes. This home is located in Duck behind Tulio's Bakery and Pizzaz Pizza.

Welcome to our inviting Outer Banks beach cottage located in the heart of Duck, NC. This newly remodeled and freshly decorated, fully stocked home is your beach paradise! This home offers you 3 levels of living space with the top level an open floor plan including living space, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, screened porch and deck access for a spectacular sunrise. You will be a short walk from the beach access at the end of the street.

Starter Items

You will be started with a few rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, a couple of trash bags, 1 sponge + dish soap, bath towels/wash cloths/hand towels/kitchen towels per reservation. The shower dispensers will be stocked with shampoo/body wash/conditioner. You will be started with some kitchen supplies such as salt/pepper and a few k cups. Anything more, you will need to provide.

Bike rentals available at the end of the street @ Ocean Atlantic Rentals; at the other end of the street is the neighborhood beach access point with bike racks.

Enjoy the incredible views from the decks including a "Crow's Nest; Roof Top Deck". An amazing spot to watch the sunrise or to stargaze at night! Venture into the backyard and play a game of volleyball on the full size court. Volleyballs provided as well as an assortment of beach equipment. The beach access is only 0.2 miles from the house, a short walk and your toes are in the sand! After a hot day at the beach, you can jump into the large outdoor shower then into the crisp cool air inside. The home is equipped with all major appliances including stove, microwave, refrigerator x 2, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

You will have a private driveway for parking, there is no street parking. You will have access to the entire house with the exception of a few locked owner closets. Just so you know, there is a security camera at the front door outside.

Welcome to Duck! This community is sprinkled with guests and locals alike. This peaceful, small community is just adorable. So many little quaint shops, sound front board walks, restaurants, parks, the ocean and more. The home itself is a short walk to the beach or rent a golf cart to explore the area! Having a golf cart will totally enhance your vacation!!

There is no public transportation.

There is no street parking for the neighborhood beach access at the end of the road. People walk from the cottage or shuttle with a car/golf cart. It is easily walkable.

Check out instructions will be posted in your Airbnb and include asking if you would not mind starting the first load of towels, starting the dishwasher and taking your trash to the outside can.

The air hockey and pool table that are consealed under the ping pong table are not for guest use.

Hurricane season is June to November. There will be no refunds related to weather events. If this concerns you I encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
