First of all, I would like to say a BIG Thank You to our host Nash. He always provided and responded to our queries and issues very fast and precisely, making our stay in the property very comfortable. The place is so clean and have a peaceful neighborhood, very close to the bus stop and shops for your daily needs. It's our home away from home for 15 nights and never had any regrets choosing Nash Apartments, great value for the price paid, it never failed us. Nash is an incredible host - always ready to go over and beyond just to help and to make sure his guests are well attended to. We will definitely come back if we had the chance again and will surely recommend this to our friends and colleagues.

I enjoyed my stay at Nash Apartments. The photos and listings matched the descriptions as well as my experience. They communicated well and were very responsive to queries. Additionally, it is close to the bustops for easy transportation.

The apartment is comfortable, you can find everything you need for living there. Really great location. It’s new region, close to the town centre. There are one mini market next door and two huge supermarkets in walking distance. There are riverside and several playgrounds for children nearby. Apartment managers are really nice and responsive, always in touch to resolve any problems.

We had a really lovely stay at the apartment. It was very spacious and the area is amazing. The hosts always checked in to see whether we needed anything and the check in and check out process was extremely smooth and fast. Overall it was a lovely experience.

The place is well managed. Clean and tidy. Good for those who can cook. Close to supermarkets. Except that going to 3rd floor on stairs with lots of luggages is a drag.

* Quiet hours are from 21:00 PM to 7:00 AM, guests must be respectful and keep noise to a minimum.

* The company reserves the right to deny service for violations of terms and conditions.

* Guests must maintain the room and its equipment clean and orderly and will be charged for losses or damages.

* Guests must notify the company of any additional visitors and may be subject to fees or charges and evictions.

Check-out:

* Vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM and late check-out may be requested with a fee of £25 if the keys are not returned by 10:30 AM.

* Leave the apartment clean and tidy, with rubbish thrown away, dishes cleared and cleaned, lights and heating turned off, and doors locked.

* Remove all personal belongings, any left will be discarded, and damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.

* Return the keys to Key Nest Premier Store and will be charged for key loss equal to the night rate for each day.

* Leave the car permit in the house or face a charge of £200 for taking it away.
