All new appliances and luxury vinyl plank floors throughout, complete kitchen, central air AND heat, Wifi, streaming television (using your login), built-in entertainment center for the 50 smart tv, books, games, etc. Home is completely furnished and equipped. Front deck is nearly six feet (8 steps) above ground level, provides view of largest lake in the community of Sun Resorts and Residences Sanibel Gateway (formerly known as Siesta Bay RV Resort.) Two heated community pools, hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, more.

Refundable at 50% if cancelled prior to 7 days before check in.
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check in.
No refunds for cancellations due to weather.
