Primary bedroom includes a comfy king-size bed, ensuite with step-in shower; queen bed in guest bedroom; and combination tub/shower in main bathroom. All new appliances, complete kitchen, central air AND heat, Wifi, streaming television (using your login), built-in entertainment center for the 50" smart tv, shelling equipment, etc. Home is completely furnished and equipped. Front deck provides view of largest lake in the community of Sun Resorts and Residences Sanibel Gateway (formerly known as Siesta Bay RV Resort.) Two heated community pools, hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, more.
