Stylish beach retreat: Enjoy ocean views and comfortable, Scandinavian design from this newly renovated villa located steps from the beach and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants & entertainment. This well-appointed villa features a beautiful, stocked kitchen, new flooring, walk-in shower and separate bedroom with a desk perfect for getting a little work done. Enjoy ocean-view dining on the balcony or at the kitchen island. There are beach chairs and 2 bikes for your use. The villa has been recently renovated with a modern design, Nucore floors and new furnishings. Located on the first floor with quick access to the beach. My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others for out of town owners. We are available whenever needed and love to offer recommendations as well. Our complex is 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide 2 bikes for your use. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Pros: Walkable area, close to food, quiet condo, and just steps away to the beach. My husband and I visited during Labor Day weekend and the public beach was PACKED. Thankfully this condo has a private entrance/area on the beach, so we enjoyed peaceful days on the sand and water. If you looked to your left to see the public beach park about 0.5 mile down, everyone looked like a can of packed sardines. We were so thankful for the private beach area! Con: Plumbing. While we didn’t spend much time inside during our stay, having to plunge the toilet every time we used the restroom was inconvenient. Jeremy was responsive/helpful and stopped by to snake the toilet, but we were back at square one soon after he left. Can’t think of any other cons!

We are very try pleased with Jeremy’s home and hospitality. This space is cozy, clean, and convenient to all of the wonderful spots on the island. We enjoyed a hot shower and slept so comfortably after a fun day in the sub. We had fun riding the bikes available and appreciated the coffee in the morning. The decor is simple, pretty, and updated. Jeremy is an accessibly welcome and polite host, answering questions we had through the weekend. We will definitely recommend Jeremy’s home to our friends.

We absolutely loved staying here! The beach was a two minute walk such easy access. The location was perfect and we biked to lots of nearby places. Everything was as stated and pictured. Very clean and great communication. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the beach chairs and umbrella were great to have.

Nice, Relaxing Mini Vacation

Kendall was a great hostess. She had great communication and reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had the cutest boutique cookies waiting on us upon arrival which was a very nice touch and welcoming! The unit was beautifully decorated and was exactly as listed. Checkin was smooth and we enjoyed our stay with no issues. We would stay again!

Amazing place to stay. Close to shops and restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very nice and clean. Jeremy was easy to communicate with, and responded quickly when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Amazing this property was perfect size for myself and my daughter for a three night stay on Hilton head. The beach was so close to walk to and a short walk or bike ride too many shopping and dining options. Highly recommend the host was very responsive and helpful as well.

Fantastic stay for us on Memorial Day weekend. Very well equipped and clean. The only thing we can comment on is the air situation. It smelled a little musty from the older hotel style a/c unit. There is no air in the bedroom only at the living area so it can get a little warm if you don’t leave the bedroom door open. Overall great value and would stay here again!

Beautiful condo and excellent location

Beautiful condo with an excellent location. Close proximity to restaurants, shops, grocery store and most importantly just steps from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. Check-in was easy - Kendall was communicating with us the morning of our arrival. She was extremely helpful - checking in with us to ensure all was good with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
