Just a minute's walk to two beach access points, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay away from the crowded tourist areas of Gulf Shores, yet still close to activities. Our private white sugar-sand beach is perfect for families/friends to relax and build lasting memories. Unlike Orange Beach or Gulf Shores, pets are welcome here. Plus, there's no Gulf Shores City Guest Tourist Tax.

HOUSE RULES
✔ Must be at least 21 years old to book
✔ Maximum 12 guests including children/infants. Additional guest fee will apply for changes or unregistered guests
✔ Must disclose any pets, need additional pet fee and approval to bring a pet (See pet policy)

PET POLICY
✔ Up to 3 Dogs considered with additional pet fee (applies per pet and per night)
✔ Minimal-shedding, nonaggressive breeds
✔ Under 50 lbs
✔ At least 1-year-old
✔ House trained
✔ Vaccinated for rabies and all other necessary vaccines
Nonrefundable Pet fee per pet $179 (up to 3 nights)

✔ Agreement:
Guests must agree to the pet policy and sign the rental agreement.
A nonrefundable pet fee is required if not already appropriately added to the reservation, depending on the stay and number of pets. Undeclared animals/pets are subject to a penalty fee per the rental agreement terms.

Guest Responsibilities:
✔ Guests are responsible for any liability regarding their pets and agree to keep their dogs supervised, leashed outdoors, and under control at all times.
✔ Dog(s) are not allowed to be left alone in the home.
✔ Guests agree to pay any additional costs for any damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit.
✔ If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agents, necessary replacement or repair costs will be paid by the guests.
✔ Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws, and licensing requirements.
✔ Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.
✔ Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
✔ Guests agree to keep dogs on the main floor or downstairs and not allow dogs on the top floor master suite floor.

⚠️The spiral staircase may not be suitable for children under age 14 without adult supervision or those with mobility issues. There is a separate access from the outside back deck to bring luggage to the top floor loft/extra living room with a King bed.

By booking, you acknowledge, read, and agree to abide by the house rules and rental agreement. To confirm your reservation and activate your door access code, the following are required:
1. Full Payment
2. Photocopy of Your ID for Verification
3. Signed Rental Agreement
4. A $200 security deposit will be held (not charged) one day before check-in and will be released a few days after check-out if no damage or violations of house rules are found. It may automatically refreshed on the 7th day depending on the length of stay before release.

Travel insurance is recommended as refunds are not provided beyond the cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for weather, illness, power/internet outages, things beyond our control, unexpected events, changes in your trip plans, or early departures.
