Beautifully appointed cozy ocean and beach view condo situated on one of Hilton Head's most desired beaches. Third back from ocean with one of the best views at Seaside! Steps to the beach and just a couple blocks from shopping and entertainment, this one bedroom features everything you need for a great vacation. One bedroom with queen sleeper sofa and bunks for small children. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking meals. My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just 2 blocks from shopping, dining and entertainment, and just a short walk to the new Celebration Park, with its large children's playground and museum. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
