Updated unit, nicely decorated and equipped. New Plank flooring in all bedrooms. The layout has a nice cottage feel when you walk in the door. Enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen each with large sliding glass doors onto the spacious balcony.

Kitchen was remodeled in 2020. You have ocean views from the window over the sink and the sliding door to the balcony. Well equipped including; blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot. Ample supply of dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Counter height bar area with 2 stools for casual eating.

Dining area has table for 6 to 8 people.

Living area has sleeper sofa and love seat. 50" flat screen Roku TV. DVD player. Some DVDs and games are provided. WiFi included!

Master bedroom has attached bathroom with jetted tub. King size bed and 32" flat screen TV. Large sliding glass door to oceanfront balcony. Ceiling fan. Wood look Vinyl plank flooring.

For the other 2 bedrooms, one has 2 twin beds and the other a queen size bed. Ceiling fans in both rooms. Wood look Vinyl plank flooring.

Large second bathroom, connects directly to twin bedroom with hall access also.

Washer and dryer.

Being on the second floor there is easy access by stairs as well as elevator.

During peak seasons, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with check in at 4 PM and Checkout at 10 AM.
Refundable damage deposit is required.
LINENS (sheets and towels) ARE NOT PROVIDED. Linen rental information will be provided upon request.

NON SMOKING! Sorry, but no pets allowed.

“Great place to stay”
The condo was super nice and clean. It’s right on the beach and has everything you need for a great vacation. The hosts are very nice and informative, they answer any questions that you may have and stay in contact if you need anything. I highly recommend!

Excellent family vacation! Excellent location!
This property was awesome! Thank you so much for offering your place for vacation rentals. Close to store and many attractions. Clean and nice size rental property. We had six people in our group and we all slept very comfortable. Pool was a nice addition to cool off from the beach. Nice view and comfortable furniture on porch to relax each night. It was a very nice rental and we will return. The property owners were very nice and willing to answer any questions.

Great location and a great view!
We had a great week! The location is perfect for our family. The owner was attentive and checked on us during our stay - that's a first for me! The condo was updated and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the view. Beach area was clean and not very crowded. The pool is rather small but was adequate for number of units. Our family enjoys to cook and the kitchen has plenty cookware and storage containers to meet our needs. The owners were great and we would definitely book this condo again!

Lots of room, clean and conveniently located!
The condo was very clean with lots of room for everyone. We had to buy a couple odor absorbers and some air freshener. Don’t know if there was a moisture/humidity issue, but the odor cleared quickly. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay!

Great getaway!
This property is in a perfect location. The condo is well maintained, clean, and has all amenities needed. It's perfect for a family, and in our case, for just two of us. The views are AMAZING! It's just the right level to make it feel like you are sitting on the beach while in the livin room or the bedroom. It was also nice having the pool just a couple of steps from the beach. Great location with easy walks to the Cherry Grove Pier and Sea Mountain hwy where you have a grocery store, restaurants and much more.

We love the cottage layout design of the condo which is different than the typical style condo. Being on the second floor is a plus with easy stair access.

The unit is a corner unit with great views.

Exceptionally large balcony with plenty of seating.
Wonderful ocean views from living area, kitchen, and master bedroom!

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. No refunds after 30 days unless the unit is able to be rented. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
