This two story villa is a delightful spacious and airy home which invites peaceful relaxation. It is minutes away from all the fun, activity and excitement that one could wish for! Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lake Wilson Preserve, a quiet community of villas designed to be perfect vacation homes. The massive south-facing pool deck with a beautiful blue in-ground pool and heated spa, backs onto preserved native woodland making it one of the most desirable locations you could find. The sheltered exit from the house to the pool deck has a lovely eating area shaded from the sun and a full bathroom for washing off after your swim.

The enormous master bedroom at the back of the house has a tiled walk-out balcony looking out onto the lush forest. The bed is king-size, and the addition of a sofa makes a comfy reading nook at one end of the room. The full on-suite bathroom has an additional soaker-tub. Two other bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the upper floor. The fourth bedroom which on the main floor has a queen-size bed and adjacent full bathroom. On the main floor what once was the garage is now the game room.
