What separates my house from your average Beach Rental is that it feels like a "Home". With its unique vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, elevator, fenced in yard, and extra large pool all within a 20 second walk to the ocean and over a 150 PGA style golf courses. This pure luxury home is for long weekend getaways, week long vacation or just tired of the cold winters and need to stay for a month.

Wayne’s house is perfect for a large Group- many bedrooms with additional beds, several great decks where you can have meals outside and a wondering pool for lounging. The proximity to the beach is perfect. Just a short walk in a straight line to the beach access! Wayne is super about communication and offering helpful suggestions for your stay. Very responsive and his caretaker Jenny is right around the corner of any issues arise. We had a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the communication with Wayne was flawless. The pictures and description for the place do not do it justice - we were simply blown away. It is spacious, has all the appliances you could need, and located a 30-second walk from the beach. Can’t say enough about it.

Rented the house for a surprise birthday party for my mom. The house was exceptional. Enough space for everyone coming in from out of town to stay and be comfortable and had everything we needed. Wayne and his team are incredible. Super attentive and quick to respond to any question. Absolutely great location. Private pool was definitely a plus! Very clean and spacious. Wayne was very accommodating and responded to all of our questions quickly. Mr. Wayne’s property was absolutely awesome. The kids enjoyed the private pool & we was literally a short walk away from the beach. The property was very spacious & met all of our needs. Close to Walmart & other shopping centers. Mr. Wayne was an awesome host & we would definitely stay at this property again. No complaints at all. I would recommend this property to anyone.
