Beautifully decorated, ocean view villa just steps to the beach and centrally located to restaurants, shops and bars. King Bed, fully equipped kitchen and modern bath. Beach chairs and bikes are provided. Perfect for a couples getaway. Recently updated condo with travertine floors and full standing shower. Incredible ocean views, large smart tv in the living room. Modern fully equipped kitchen and Large smart TV in living room My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others for out of town owners. We are available whenever needed and love to offer recommendations as well. Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property, covered parking under the building, on site pool, sundeck and showers. Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide 2 for you. There are also shuttles that run around the island (free with tips) and a trolley that is a dollar and runs every half hour across the street. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We really enjoyed our stay. Jeremy communicated well with us and was very accommodating. The location was perfect. It was in a great area, easy access to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and was stocked well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. We highly recommend staying at this location.

Booked this as a very last minute getaway for my husbands birthday and it was the best decision I made. Right on the beach with the easiest access to both the beach and local food spots. Jeremy was very great at communicating before our stay and even checked on us while we were there which I appreciated. Condo was very clean, and very cozy. And being able to use the beach chairs that were on the balcony was a HUGE plus. Highly recommend.

The location was fantastic. Direct beach access and ocean views. It's walkable to shopping and restaurants in Coligny. The condo was nicely appointed and recently updated. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, answering messages almost immediately. Fantastic stay.

This is our 4th time staying at this condo in 5 years. We keep coming back because it’s right on the beach, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. You have everything you need for a short or extended stay I.e full kitchen, access to onsite laundry, close parking. The hosts have always been kind and very responsive. Never had a single issue with the condo, the facilities or area. Great place to vacation. Will be back again soon.

Kendall's Villa was in the perfect place - steps from the beach and a short bike ride (amazing that the bikes were included with the stay!!!) from everything we wanted to see and do in Hilton Head! Kendall checked on us via text to make sure we had everything we needed and was an incredible host. We loved the turtle and octopus shaped cookies as a welcome gift when we arrived :) Would definitely recommend this villa to others and would stay again the next time our travels bring us to the island!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

Check in time is after 4pm, we will message you if the condo is ready early, please do not arrive without hearing from us. If you get there before you hear from us, you may park and head to the beach and pool.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.
