Policies and Rules
Check In: 3PM - Flexible
- There is a limit of 3 car spaces available at our property. The Council and neighbours are very strict on this as we reside within a court. Please ensure you comply with these rules.
- Access to the garage is from inside the house. The garage roller door will be left unlocked from the inside. The garage door can be opened by pressing the green button on the left hand side of the garage.
- There is no pets allowed in this house. We have external fitted cameras on the entrance of the premises and if you are found to have brought a pet you will be asked to leave with your booking cancelled with no refund. You may also face additional cleaning charges.
- No loud noises that are disruptive to neighbours. Any neighbourhood complaints can result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund.
-Thursday is bin day. If you are staying on a Wednesday night/thursday morning, we kindly ask you to put the bin out near the nature strip.
- The pool has a Robot Vacuum which we leave on at all times, unless swimming. We kindly ask you to do the same so that our pool maintains its cleanliness. Once you leave the pool, reinsert the pool vacuum, and switch the turn on button and press “level 1”.
- Sometimes our trees leaves fall on the pool, which is largely unavoidable because they are located near the pool area. We have left the leaf scooper for you to use if required.
- The BBQ requires 3 gas cylinders to operate (depending on how many areas of the bbq you want to use). If you are using the bbq you need to advise this pre-booking so that we can organise the gas cylinders for you. They are not kept on the property due to safety precautions). If you haven’t pre-advised us, you can go to the petrol station and obtain cylinders.
- Cleqn bbq after use. If you do not clean after use you will be charged a $60 additional cleaning fee.
- Whist towels are provided, we encourage guests to reuse their towels if staying multiple nights. There is also a dryer and washer available should you need to wash and dry towels.
