Key features include:
- Double Storey home (note 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs)
- 5 bedrooms (1 king ensuite, and 4 queen beds in separate bedrooms).
- 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets (one is in the ensuite).
- Solar heated pool and sun-lounges.
- Alfresco area with large outdoor entertainment area (including gas BBQ).
- Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and key cooking utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, grill, and large fridge/freezer.

Key Restrictions and House Rules:
- Under no circumstances are pets allowed to be brought to the property.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No parties or loud noises will be tolerated.

Checking in and out information:
- Check in is at 3pm
- Check out is at 10am.
- We offer early and late check in at a cost of $30 per hour, and is subject to availability. Enquire with us to see whether this is possible.

Before you are accepted you are required to:
- Make full payment.
- Provide full name and contact details.
- Verify your identity with a photo identification such as licence or passport.
- Provide a secure bond payment of $350 which is fully refundable upon checkout and inspection of property.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

- Do not move furniture around or you will be liable for any damage incurred.

- There is a limit of 3 car spaces available at our property. The Council and neighbours are very strict on this as we reside within a court. Please ensure you comply with these rules.

- Access to the garage is from inside the house. The garage roller door will be left unlocked from the inside. The garage door can be opened by pressing the green button on the left hand side of the garage.

- There is no pets allowed in this house. We have external fitted cameras on the entrance of the premises and if you are found to have brought a pet you will be asked to leave with your booking cancelled with no refund. You may also face additional cleaning charges.

- No loud noises that are disruptive to neighbours. Any neighbourhood complaints can result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund.

-Thursday is bin day. If you are staying on a Wednesday night/thursday morning, we kindly ask you to put the bin out near the nature strip.

- The pool has a Robot Vacuum which we leave on at all times, unless swimming. We kindly ask you to do the same so that our pool maintains its cleanliness. Once you leave the pool, reinsert the pool vacuum, and switch the turn on button and press “level 1”.

- Sometimes our trees leaves fall on the pool, which is largely unavoidable because they are located near the pool area. We have left the leaf scooper for you to use if required.

- The BBQ requires 3 gas cylinders to operate (depending on how many areas of the bbq you want to use). If you are using the bbq you need to advise this pre-booking so that we can organise the gas cylinders for you. They are not kept on the property due to safety precautions). If you haven’t pre-advised us, you can go to the petrol station and obtain cylinders.

- Cleqn bbq after use. If you do not clean after use you will be charged a $60 additional cleaning fee.

- Whist towels are provided, we encourage guests to reuse their towels if staying multiple nights. There is also a dryer and washer available should you need to wash and dry towels.

House Rules

- No smoking inside property.
- No parties or events unless approved.
- No loud noises or disruption to neighbours.
- No diving in pool and children/minors not to be left unattended in or around the pool.

- Bin day is Thursday, please place bins outside for collection on Wednesday night or Thursday morning if you are staying during these days.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

Payment Policy

- Non refundable cancellation within 14 days from the check in date.
- Any cancellations that are refunded to you within the cancellation window will deduct credit card processing fees.
- Deposit will be refunded back to you post check out, subject to the condition of the property. Any damage, theft or additional cleaning charges may result in deposit being used to cover the costs.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security Deposit will be refunded post check out provided there is no damage to property.

Cancellation Policy
