Please familiarize yourself with these house rules. Violation of some of these rules could lead to an immediate cancellation of your booking without refund for any remaining days.

No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, loud noises or events anywhere on the premises (indoors nor outdoors), no food in the bedrooms. $100 minimum fee per violation if discovered.

You must check out by 10AM. If the Cleaners have to wait for the room to be vacated, they will charge us and we will bill you $25 per hour of delay.

Only the guests registered during booking may stay. No other overnight guests allowed.

Please clean up after yourself. Before you checkout, please load the dishes you used into dishwasher and start cleaning cycle. If any dirty kitchen ware, or other mess is left behind, we will have to pay the cleaners, and will in turn bill you an additional $25 to clean up after you.

Please use towels for drying only. If any stains are found, towels will have to be replaced at your expense ($5 each). Cotton pads and balls have been provided for makeup removal.

Park on driveway right outside garage. Parking on the street is not allowed on weekdays 8am - 4pm and you will be ticketed by the city if you do.

One (1) security monitoring camera on site. Placed outside the house in the porch, watching the front door. No other cameras.

In summer do not set AC to cooler than 69F.
