This listing is for the bottom floor arranged as a Mother-in-law Suite of an expansive Lakehouse nestled on a secluded forested two acres with 200 ft of lake frontage and a private boat dock. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of all the exterior amenities of the property and the Mother-in-Law suite: Hot Tub, Dock, Stand Up Paddleboards & Kayaks, Grill, Lounge, Outdoor Dining, and more. As you step onto the expansive terrace overlooking the lake, you'll be greeted by breathtaking sunset views that paint the sky in a mesmerizing array of colors each evening. The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the spacious deck, hot tub, and firepit which overlook the glistening waters of the lake. Failure to comply with county quiet hours ordinance will result in a minimum $500 fine and may result in a police response and eviction with no refund. Please be mindful and respectful of the property neighbors. Please note, all guests on the property must be on the reservation.
This property is directly on the lake and therefore wildlife such as geese, ducks, bugs, insects, frogs, and snakes may be in the backyard or near the lake. By booking this property, you acknowledge this information.
Please note, minor construction to build a pickleball court and playground will be occurring in the front yard March 2025 during daylight hours. This will have no impact to the privacy and seclusion of your stay on the lakeside of the home.

PROPERTY RULES:
• QUIET HOURS: County quiet hours are 9 PM – 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM – 7 AM on weekends, and they are strictly enforced. Additionally, the property is located in a quiet, tight-knit residential neighborhood, and excessive noise during any hours may legally be considered "disturbing the peace". For guest convenience, the property is equipped with noise monitors to notify guests if noise levels approach county or HOA limits. Repeated unheeded noise warnings may result in termination of stay without a refund. By signing this rental agreement, the guest acknowledges their awareness of local noise ordinances and agrees to comply with all requirements to maintain a peaceful environment in the property neighborhood.
• NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: In no event, day or night, may the Rental Property be occupied by more guests than the number listed on the reservation without prior approval from the Property Manager. Any additional guests must be reported to the Property Manager in advance so they can be added to the reservation.
o A fee of $10 per person, per day applies for all registered guests exceeding two (2) guests.
o Reservations can be modified to accommodate up to 4 guests.
o Undisclosed, unregistered guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per day and may result in termination of stay.
o Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional charges and/or termination of the rental agreement.
