Adults with 18 years old or more. -No pet friendly -Pictures are allowed in all areas. -Quiet hours in the building are from 22:00pm to 06:00am. -Parties at any hour or high-volume music is forbidden. -Smoking and electronic cigarettes are forbidden. -You can access the building 24 hours. -We will share you a Directory with information in case of an emergency. The security guard at the Lobby could also provide you with the telephone numbers. - In case of a fire or an earthquake, please so not use the elevators, but stairs instead. -Enjoy the bath amenities like conditioner, shampoo, body gel. Please leave the containers so the next guest can enjoy it. -Enjoy the linen we have for you. -Enjoy the kitchen, oven, microwave, and all available utensils. Do it with care and responsibility. We also want the next guest to enjoy it. -We recommend turning off the Smart TV when not using it to save energy. -We have available for you several user manuals for the washer and the dryer. We know you are busy and our laundry center could do the task for you in just 40 minutes. -We care about your safety. The apartment has its own extinguisher, first aid kit and sprinklers. -Contact us if you wish to use the pool, wet areas, gym, movie. Enjoy the building amenities! - There are a couple of groceries carts that could be used from the parking to the apartment. Please leave the carts in the parking in its proper place. - If you request delivery service, you should go to the reception to pick up the goods. -When leaving the apartment please close the windows. - If you bring your car, you should menion that to us, so we can advise the body guard. You should register your car with him. - The building has two parking lots for visits.
