To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we require all guests to adhere to the following house rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in additional charges as specified below. 1. Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 8 AM to ensure everyone can rest comfortably. Penalty for noise complaints: £100 per incident. 2. Guests Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you’d like to have visitors, please let us know in advance. Penalty for additional unauthorised guests: £150 per person per night. 3. Trash Disposal Please dispose of trash in the designated bins located under the kitchen sink or outside in the car park area. Penalty for excessive cleaning or trash left behind: £50. 4. Kitchen Rule The kitchen and living room are shared areas. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. You can utilise the items from the cabinet designated with your room number, ensuring all items are returned to their original place, organized and tidy, after use. Penalty for food/beverages on furniture/bedrooms: £20 or actual cost of repair/replacement. 5. Washing The house is self-catering, and you are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer. Feel free to wash bedding or personal items as needed. 6. Shoe Policy Please take your shoes off in the house. 7. Smoke and Substance Use Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Penalty for smoking indoors: £200 plus deep cleaning charges of £100. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Penalty: Immediate eviction with no refund, and notification to authorities if required. 8. General Conduct Respect the Property and Neighbours: Respect the property, its contents, and the neighbours at all times. Penalty for disturbance: £150 per incident. No Parties or Events: Unauthorised parties or events are strictly prohibited. Penalty for hosting: £1000 plus £150 per unauthorised person and immediate eviction with no refund. 9. Check-In and Check-Out Check-in time: 3:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Guests must vacate the property by the stated time. Penalty for late check-out without prior approval: £20 per hour. 10. Use of Appliances and Utilities Guests are expected to use appliances and utilities responsibly. Misuse causing damage will result in charges. Penalty for appliance misuse or damage: Cost of repair or replacement. 11. Unauthorised Modifications Guests may not move furniture, tamper with locks, or modify the property in any way. Penalty for unauthorised modifications: £150 or cost of restoring to original condition. 12. Security Guests are responsible for securing the property by locking doors and windows when leaving. Penalty for negligence resulting in loss or damage: £150 or actual cost of loss/damage. 13. Emergencies and Communication For any issues during your stay, contact us immediately. Do not attempt to fix any issues yourself. Penalty for unauthorised repairs or tampering: Cost of repair or professional service. By staying at our property, you agree to these house rules.
