You will love this 1 bedroom condo across the street from the beach. Gulf view from front porch. You can't beat the location, just a mile to Pier Park and walking distance to restaurants and Winn Dixie. 1 bedroom low rise condo, sleeps 4. Newly painted interior. Has all the amenities of home including fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, high speed internet and streaming tv. Open and covered parking also available. Cable and streaming tv's. When you are not enjoying the beach, you can relax by the pool. End unit has one bedroom with queen bed, balcony with view to pool and streaming tv. Living room has sleeper sofa and cable tv.

Absolutely wonderful! A very calm and relaxing and peaceful trip! I had a great time there. Will definitely want to book with Kevin again. He was so nice and always responded so quickly. HIGHLY recommend! It’s also SUPER close to a beach access. 2 minute walk :D

My husband and I really enjoyed our trip to celebrate our one year anniversary. The condo was amazing and very convenient to the beach and shopping. We had a great time and able to get some rest too. The location was easy to find and very quiet and private. Parking was easy and we liked the check in and out process. Every time I had a question about something,Rich responded fast. We will definitely recommend him.
