SEA WATCH is a highly rated GATED resort for couples and families.

Our condo is owned, managed and maintained by the owners. We maintain a non allergic environment for our guests so absolutely no pets allowed.
As with all resort properties in our area there could be renovations in or around the resort. Our lower off-season prices do reflect that possibility.

3% credit card charge will be charged to you if you wish to make payments on this website. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT UNTIL OWNER CONFIRMS DATES/RESERVATION/TOTAL PAYMENT DUE.

If you would like to pay directly and save the 3%, once reservation is requested and accepted by the owner payment will need to be made within 7 days either by mailing a personal check or venmo. Confirmation will then be sent. Any reservation under $500 will need to be paid in full. If over $500 you will need to pay %50 as your deposit with balance due thirty days prior to your arrival. This will save you even more money,
