Our home is on pilings, you will need to walk up one flight of stairs. The rest of the home is on one level. Open living area, dining area, sitting area and kitchen are all accessible to guests. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen appliances, as well as the drip coffee or the Keurig single-use coffee maker with complimentary K-cup coffee pods.

Things our guests love: freedom from the conventional Saturday to Saturday stay. Check in on any day. Tranquil/quiet home and neighborhood; minutes from the beach; quiet beach- best kept secret on Topsail Island; a place to connect and make fun memories with their family.

Things our guests may not love: first, they have to go home!! The proximity to restaurants and grocery store (15 minutes away). Although there is a cute little tiki bar/convenience store for essentials beyond what we already provide. Yet, if you are looking for a place to unwind and connect with friends/family, Seas the Soul is it!

Please note, we charge a fee for early or late check in requests!

This is a sound/near water property in the south and therefore subject to the possibility of the occasional water bug and the like. We take every step to mitigate that by regular pest control, deep cleanings in between each guest, and host inspection. Despite our best intention, they manage to sneak in and they will in any property of the like and for that we offer our sincerest apology in advance. If you are extremely sensitive to this, you may not want to book here.

We went for a spontaneous trip for a much needed time off of work and life in general. I love that we were able to bring our two dogs. While the beach wasn’t directly in our backyard per se, we loved that it was only a very short walk to the public access. They had everything you’d need to go to the beach if you forgot anything. (The wagon was super useful!) The host even reached out to us about a turtle release during our stay so we knew of upcoming events. It was refreshing to have such responsive hosts. Thank you!

This is our second time staying here for remote working/vacation for the kids! The beach is super close and pizza delivers on within reasonable time. It’s fairly close to groceries and stores within a 10min drive across the bridge. Camp Lejuene is within 45 minutes; and Within a 5 min walk to the beach (it’s around the corner)…as for packing your beach gear, forget it! They have all the needs you would need for the a fun full day at the beach including towels, toys, chairs, umbrella and a wagon to haul it all. Even a stroller! Pictures shown are accurate, and the home itself is a comfortable atmosphere, wasn’t to hot or muggy, the AC holds for those summer days. My only suggestion would be make sure to bring your own cleaning essentials like extra garbage bags, paper towel, sponge, clorax wipes. I may or may not have a clean freak in me but on surface level the home is clean. I just prefer a bit more dusting underneath main furnitures, corners, fans and closet spaces.

We enjoyed our stay at North Topsail Beach! Great value - walk a few minutes to a public access beach with beach gear provided (wagon, chairs, toys, etc.) An outdoor shower was super convenient to wash up. The wrap around deck is great (our infant son enjoyed walking back and forth) and was nice to just sit outside in the evenings overlooking the Sound. And the indoors provided all you need! Great for small families or a group of friends. Thanks!

We had a great time during our weeklong stay here. The beach was a quick 3 minute walk. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart use so we didn't have to pack ours. We placed a grocery order online at Food Lion and picked it up on our first night there. Being able to have all our meals at "home" was great and allowed us to just relax and not have to drive into town again. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We did bring paper plates for breakfasts/lunches so we didn't have to run the dishwasher more than once a day.

We are a family of 5 with a dog and a cat. Our kids range from 2 years old to 12 years old and this place was perfect. It was very cozy and has everything you need. It has beach chairs, wagoon, buggy board, and beach toys. The outdoor shower worked great and has hot and cold water which the kids really enjoyed after the trips to the beach. The beach acces really is only a couple minutes away and is worth the quick walk. The kitchen has plenty of cooking/baking items to include plates, bowl, cups, utensils, cutting boards, mixing bowls, baking sheets, skillets, and so much more. Both of the host were very responsive to all of our messages/questions from booking through check-out. I highly recommend this airbnb.

Thank you Lisa! My kids had a blast at the beach and running around the deck and under garage! They truly didn’t want to leave lol. Wifi was great for work! Even with the strong winds the storm brought not even a flicker of disconnection. The beds and pillows were comfy! It wasn’t difficult to find and all the amenities to cook were useful. The views of both river and ocean were extremely delightful and such a calming atmosphere. Also the neighbors around were friendly and helpful. The beach was perfect for my little ones with clear waters and such a short walk. Thank you the beach gear that’s one thing I didn’t even unpack from the car. We do plan to come back for work/vacation again!

- Quiet Hours after 10pm. Our home is a duplex, so we need to be good neighbors.
-We may authorize an early check in if requested in advance. Guests must request an early check in advance using the Airbnb messaging system. The fee is $25 and they can check in at 2:30p. A same day request for an early check in fee is $50. Unauthorized early check ins or authorized check ins before 2:30p will result in a fee of $125.
-We may authorize late check out if requested in advance. Guests must request a late check out in advance using the Airbnb messaging system. The fee is $25 and they can check out at 12:30p. A same day request for a late check out fee is $50. Unauthorized late check outs or authorized late check outs beyond 12:30p will result in a fee of $150.
- Pets are not allowed. Please leave Fido at home. (if you want a pet friendly option check out my other listing!) If you bring a pet into the home, we will charge you a fee of $250 PER PET.
- No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
-You must be 23 to book our home
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
- If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help
- No smoking – also don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky. We will charge a fee of $250 if you smoke in the home.

NEIGHBORS: Our home is a duplex which means we share a common wall with the other home. Please be respectful of our neighbors and guests in the other duplex. When outside please make sure you try to keep your voices and music down after 9pm. Quiet hours after 10p. Our neighbor across the street is sensitive to people using his driveway to turn around. Please do not use driveway. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of property. They are located on the front porch (facing the driveway and showing front porch and stairs). These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home. EXTRA GUEST FEE: We charge $25/night per guest after 6 guests.
