Seas the Soul! Breathe easy in our beach home. 2-night stay min through Spring! Check in any day! Travel your way. Enjoy the salt water life at reasonable prices. We love military families! It’s a perfect place to connect before/after deployments. Parents stay here to watch your Marine/Airmen graduate! Veteran owned. Close to wedding venues. Morning coffee on the deck with views of Stump Sound. Partial views of the ocean from the front porch. It’s a short 3-minute walk to the sandy beach. Our home is on pilings, you will need to walk up one flight of stairs. The rest of the home is on one level. Open living area, dining area, sitting area and kitchen are all accessible to guests. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen appliances, as well as the drip coffee or the Keurig single-use coffee maker with complimentary K-cup coffee pods.

Linens are provided. All bedding are changed out and washed thoroughly between each rental. That includes shams, quilts, and sheets! The beds will be made for your arrival!

Things our guests love: freedom from the conventional Saturday to Saturday stay. Check in on any day. Tranquil/quiet home and neighborhood; minutes from the beach; quiet beach- best kept secret on Topsail Island; a place to connect and make fun memories with their family.

Things our guests may not love: first, they have to go home!! The proximity to restaurants and grocery store (15 minutes away). Although there is a cute little tiki bar/convenience store for essentials beyond what we already provide. Yet, if you are looking for a place to unwind and connect with friends/family, Seas the Soul is it!

Please note, we charge a fee for early or late check in requests!

This is a sound/near water property in the south and therefore subject to the possibility of the occasional water bug and the like. We take every step to mitigate that by regular pest control, deep cleanings in between each guest, and host inspection. Despite our best intention, they manage to sneak in and they will in any property of the like and for that we offer our sincerest apology in advance. If you are extremely sensitive to this, you may not want to book here.

House Rules

- Quiet Hours after 10pm. Our home is a duplex, so we need to be good neighbors.
-We may authorize an early check in if requested in advance. Guests must request an early check in advance using the Airbnb messaging system. The fee is $25 and they can check in at 2:30p. A same day request for an early check in fee is $50. Unauthorized early check ins or authorized check ins before 2:30p will result in a fee of $125.
-We may authorize late check out if requested in advance. Guests must request a late check out in advance using the Airbnb messaging system. The fee is $25 and they can check out at 12:30p. A same day request for a late check out fee is $50. Unauthorized late check outs or authorized late check outs beyond 12:30p will result in a fee of $150.
- Pets are not allowed. Please leave Fido at home. (if you want a pet friendly option check out my other listing!) If you bring a pet into the home, we will charge you a fee of $250 PER PET.
- No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
-You must be 23 to book our home
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
- If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help
- No smoking – also don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky. We will charge a fee of $250 if you smoke in the home.

Any violation can result in immediate termination of stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 30 days prior for a 100% refund minus a $199 cancellation fee. Any cancellations under 30 days will be refunded IF we are able to rebook the home. Any refund will be minus the 199 cancellation fee.

Notes

NEIGHBORS: Our home is a duplex which means we share a common wall with the other home. Please be respectful of our neighbors and guests in the other duplex. When outside please make sure you try to keep your voices and music down after 9pm. Quiet hours after 10p. Our neighbor across the street is sensitive to people using his driveway to turn around. Please do not use driveway. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of property. They are located on the front porch (facing the driveway and showing front porch and stairs). These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home. EXTRA GUEST FEE: We charge $25/night per guest after 6 guests.
