Villa Seascapes is a wonderful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa located in the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates on St.Maarten.

The villas two-level space, rooms, terrace area and private pool join together in a flowing space and are bordered by lush foliage.

The main level offers spacious, open concept living and dining areas which are very elegantly furnished. The living area is spacious, comfortable and offers a flat screen television with Cable TV & DVD/CD player.

The immaculate kitchen is fully equipped with modern state-of-the-art deluxe stainless steel appliances, place settings, silverware and is fully equipped for you to make that gourmet meal.

Large sliding glass doors open onto the outdoor terrace area with the private pool with the amazing views and gentle trade winds. There are three bedrooms on the main floor of the villa. The master bedroom offers a king bed, spacious closet, personal safe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The 2nd & 3rd bedroom offers a queen size bed, closet space and en-suite bathroom with shower. Within the villa, you can access the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom...The 3rd bedroom is accessed from the terrace/pool area.

On the lower level of the villa, with its own entrance, is the 4th bedroom offering partial ocean and garden views. It is a self sufficient one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, living/dining area to include flat screen Cable TV and private bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The villa is located in Dawn Beach Estates, conveniently located to Dawn Beach (about a 15 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to the beach); ferry service from Oyster Pond to St. Barths; 15-20 minutes from Orient Bay, the center for water sports on the island; 10 minutes from Philipsburg, the center for the best shopping on the island and 20 minutes from Grand Case where you will find the best French Restaurants on the island.
