Two beach bikes and beach chairs are included to make your stay even more fun!

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, we provide 2 and rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

While returning north from the warmth of Florida and considering the weather was sunny and 70 degrees in HHI, my husband I made an impulse decision for a three night stay in Hilton Head and Jeremy’s place was right on the mark! The condo was clean and offered bikes as well as beach chairs/umbrellas. Jeremy’s hospitality was appreciated as he checked in with us during our stay. Location is fantastic with Coligny shops and restaurants within a half mile walk. We will certainly keep Jeremy’s listings in our thoughts for future HHI trips.

The apartment was perfectly located right next to the beach, with a beautiful view from the balcony. It had everything you needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Jeremy was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The stay here worked great for orr family of five. The master bedroom was a little cramped, but the appointment of furniture in the right places make it work just fine. Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the Left, use either of the 2 gates on the Left to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
