Upgraded bright and open sunny beach home is steps away from the Atlantic ocean and only a 4-5 blocks from the famous Oceanfront Carolina Beach boardwalk.

- Appliances: Full size fridge, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, blender, toaster and washer/dryer.
- Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, flatware, glassware and coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, Keurig, and bakeware.
- Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels provided as well as a large starter kit of hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels.
- Fast WIFI throughout whole house with New ROKU equipped TV's in all three bedrooms and Fire TV main living room.

Walk into a medium sized foyer outfitted with beach chairs, sand toys, bicycles, a bench and a spot for your keys. Walk upstairs to the main level where you're greeted by a large sized kitchen with standard appliances, pantry, dinnerware, and more. There's a bathroom with stand-up shower downstairs. On the main level there is the bright and open living space where you have a dining table, large sectional couch, 55" smart TV, and soundbar. From here you can open the french doors to walk outside and smell the salty air! The oversized deck is comfortable for the entire family to talk, laugh, and have fun. Heading back inside and making your way to the third floor you will find a bedroom at the top of the stairs, fitted with a queen bed, a desk, luggage rack and smart tv. Heading down the hallway you find the final two bedrooms, including a bunkbed with full/full matresses and a bedroom with a queen bed, open closet and smart tv. Finishing the top floor you have a small laundry area and a full bathroom with tub.

- Pet friendly: A maximum of 2 medium dogs are permitted. Pet fee is $200 for the first pet, 2nd pet fee is $100. Please ask about the pet policy!

- The pool is open from May 1 - October 15. (approximately, weather dependent) The pool is closed when it is dark outside (there are no lights in the pool or pool area) - this is per the health department.

- Parking: 2 vehicles only, passes provided (parking nearby for additional vehicles, feel free to ask).

The best of Carolina Beach is only a short walk away. The Beach (short walk), Fat Pelican (.7 Mi.), Britt's Donuts (.5 Mi), North End Cafe (.4 Mi), The Seawitch Cafe and Bar (.3 Mi.) and More. Prefer to take the bicycle or drive, no problem, that's easy too. Carolina Beach has several town lots and street parking to get you even closer. Enjoy a drive to the end of the beach road and take the ferry over to the quaint town of Southport or take the kids to the NC Aquarium. History Buff like my wife? Fort Fisher Museum is just down the island. Ice cream at Celtic Creamery, games at the Arcade and more are all close by so there is fun in the sun for the entire family.

Hello! First, thank you for choosing The Seahorse Paddock. This is our home, we take a lot of pride in our place and want to make sure you follow the house rules to keep it nice. That said, we have rules just like a hotel or any vacation home.

Legal Federal ID Required - To be provided/furnished after booking before arrival. Refusal to provide an ID will result in a cancellation and no refunds. Identification must match the booking name.

HAVE FUN! Enjoy the home, play in the sand, listen to the waves, and experience Carolina Beach!

NO PARTIES: Groups are OK, Fun is encouraged! But we do not allow parties.

DAMAGES: Mistakes happen, however property destruction does not. Guests will be responsible for any and all damages.

PARKING: ONLY 2 Vehicles Allowed. Parking Passes Provided.

PET POLICY: Please read and review and adhere to the pet policy. Violating this policy will result in immediate eviction and/or $500 fine.

NO SMOKING: Inside (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pot/weed, other illegal drugs, etc.. ) A $500 fine + extra cleaning fee's will be imposed for smoking inside of the home.

POOL HOURS: Dusk til dawn per the health department.

FURNITURE: Do not move furniture, including tables, chairs, couches, etc. Moving furniture to another room or floor can cause damage and lead to additional fines. This is for your safety!

GRILLING: please move the grill AWAY from the carport. NEVER use the grill under the carport. Make something awesome! Steaks, Fish, Veggies!

WASHER/DRYER: Small loads only, please! Do not overload the dryer with wet clothes.

TRASH: Please take the trash out on Sunday evening, return the trash can on Monday after pickup.
