Fantastic ocean views from this recently remodeled one bedroom villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island. Beautiful kitchen with full sized stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Bathroom features a full stand up shower. Cozy bedroom with comfy queen bed and flat screen TV. Living room features a queen sleeper and large flat screen TV. Cable and WiFi included. The villa is located in Seaside, an ocean front complex in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Entire Villa, Pool, Sundeck, Beach Access, Parking My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Between walking and biking, you really don't need a vehicle unless you want to explore other parts of the island. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
