Enjoy ocean views from the balcony of this first floor villa in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach! The villa features a full kitchen, king bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in both the bedroom and living room and WiFi. Just steps to the beach or pool, every thing needed for your beach vacation! Located in Seaside Villas, a gated Oceanfront complex just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Direct Beach Access on the Property. My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Our complex is walking distance from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Nice hosts and place was ready early. Place needs fresh paint and clean walls. Floor molding needs to be cleaned. Tub had hair in it when we arrived. Not enough toilet paper. Kitchen sink was dirty. View of ocean was misleading. Couch needs to be reupholstered or replaced. For the price we paid the place should have been clean.

Our stay was everything we could have asked for on our weekend getaway. Everything matched the descriptions and the location was great both in terms of access to the beach and walkable high quality restaurants. This condo is ideal for couples or could work for a family of 4 with the use of the pullout couch. The kitchen is small but fully functional if you do decide to cook in rather than going to all of the local restaurants. We would definitely make this a top pick or the next time we return to Hilton Head!

Loved the location being so accessible to the beach! Jeremy had excellent communication. Only complaint was there is no central AC, but there is a window unit in the living room. Due to this, the master bedroom was a bit hotter than we would have preferred. We had to keep the master bedroom door open to help circulate the cold air, making it not so private if guests are staying on the pull out couch. Otherwise had a nice weekend getaway here!

Perfect location, right on the beach and walking distance to most things. The building and this condo were a bit outdated but we were really just looking for somewhere to sleep at night and didn’t spend a whole lot of time inside the condo. The place could use a good deep clean in my opinion. They had a binder on the coffee table full of local reccomendations, info. on how to get around/the trolley, etc. which I found to be a really nice and appreciated touch!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Smart lock
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

Check in time is after 4pm, we will message you if the condo is ready early, please do not arrive without hearing from us. If you get there before you hear from us, you may park and head to the beach and pool.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.
