The primary suite features a king-size bed and private en-suite bath, while two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds share a second bathroom. Each room is equipped with a smart TV and basic cable for your convenience.
The condo hosts a stylish open-concept living area, thoughtfully designed to maximize space and light. The well-equipped kitchen is updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the items needed to prepare a casual breakfast or a gourmet dinner.
The spacious living area flows onto a private balcony, where you can unwind and enjoy a peaceful sunrise and sunset, and watch the wildlife, and boaters in the waterway below. This inviting outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or simply taking in the tranquil sound views.

We provide basic bedding and bath towels, paper products, soap, and trash bags. Also dish soap, laundry, and dishwasher pods. Beach towels and equipment are not provided.
Boat slips are available for rent separately from the onsite Dock Master and staff. Please contact the office at Olde Towne Yacht Club for more information.
Our HOA does not allow renters to bring pets. The HOA and DOA own and operate security cameras in all public areas of the property.
House Rules:
**To ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment, please review the following agreed-upon rules**
-Provide the names of all guests staying at the condo
-Respect the Rental as you would your own home
-Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
-No parties, events, gatherings, or additional guests allowed
-No smoking, vaping, or open flames
-No pets are allowed-HOA does not allow
-No slime, play-doh, glue, paint, glitter, confetti, dye, or like items that stain or damage
-A $50 fee applies for a lost or missing pool key fob.
-Quiet hours are from 11 PM on weekdays/12 AM on weekends
-No filming with the intent to distribute
-No third-party renting or subleasing
-No commercial businesses
-No illegal substances or activities in the condo or on OTYC property
-Please report any damage or breakage promptly
***We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow the house rules, OTYC community guidelines and regulations***
Guest access:
Escape to a generous condo suited for a family or a romantic couples retreat. With approximately 1,400 square feet of comfortable living space and an extra 300 square feet of covered deck, you can enjoy picturesque views of the water and marina. The community is beautifully landscaped and offers amenities such as an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, grills, and outdoor dining areas, a clubhouse with a convenient kitchenette, and a well-equipped fitness center. Take advantage of the private gated access to Radio Island's public beach, rent boat slips separately, fish right off the docks, or launch your kayak with ease—everything you need for an unforgettable vacation awaits you here.
Other things to note:
The view is the best of anywhere on the Crystal Coast. The seven-story building on the tip of Beaufort Inlet on Radio Island is a private gated community and marina. Sunrise and Sunsets are visible from the front and back balconies and walkways. We have access to a private gate to Radio Island's public beach. A beautiful pool and jacuzzi overlook the marina and Beaufort Inlet. Our fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor grilling areas, docks, waterways, and much more, make Olde Towne Yacht Club the perfect getaway!
Ideally situated between the Beaufort and Morehead City waterfronts, where you'll discover unique shopping and dining experiences, Sea La Vie puts you at the heart of it all. Take a short drive to Atlantic Beach or immerse yourself in activities like boating, fishing, beachcombing, kayaking, visiting museums, and so much more. At the time of booking guests accept and agree to the following:
1) ALL House Rule
2) Will Provide a state-issued ID where picture, name, and address can be seen
3) Will provide a current Mailing Address, Phone Number, and Email Address
4) Names of all Guests staying on Property
Please refer to your Rental Agreement for specific refund policies
Cancellation Policy: If the guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the deposit, and payments will be refunded as follows:
a) 30 days before the check-in date – 100% refund of all deposits and payments made.
b) 29 days before check-in date – 50% refund of all deposits and payments made.
c) 14 days before check-in No refunds
d) If cancelled days are rebooked a refund less the difference between the paid price and the new booked price will be given.
e) In place of a refund a guest can receive a credit for unused nights within a year of cancelled dates. A new reservation must be made for the credited nights. The new reservation depends on available dates and price differences. Guests can be charged additional fees for price differences or fees that may have increased from the original reservation.
f) Either a refund or credit will be given but not both.
g) In the case the owner has to cancel the reservation - 100% refund of all deposits and payments made will be refunded. We will make every effort to NOT cancel a reservation, but sometimes an unforeseen incident can not be avoided.
h) Cancellation after 1st Day of Reservation: If a guest reservation has begun and you must leave and can not complete your stay.
i) We will refund the same as above in (d,e, and f)
j) A new cleaning fee will be charged at the current cleaning rate for the new reservation date.
k) Hurricane Policy: If there is a storm or hurricane, the above cancellation policy applies, unless a mandatory evacuation is issued for the Beaufort, NC area. If there is a mandatory evacuation during the guest’s stay, no refunds will be given for nights stayed, a refund will be prorated for nights not used, or a stay rescheduled to a future open date within one year of booked dates if available. We encourage all guests to purchase Traveler Insurance through a private company. It is the guest’s responsibility to obtain and know their coverage options.
