The Downstairs has a king in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom, two baths, a kitchen, and a living area. Great place for our family; felt at home. Location to beach was fantastic short walk. Nice warm jacuzzi and cooling pool. Open area next to kitchen allowed all to interact. Plenty of beds well laid out. Host Alex was very responsive and checked in at the right time. Highly recommend for a relaxing traditional South Carolina beach experience.

Alex was a great host. he was very responsive and proactive to help us have a great stay in Hilton Head. Their home was well kept and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners, etc.. The beach was a very close walk and the neighborhood was very beautiful in terms of homes and local plants/trees. The private pool was also very nice to relax in as an alternative to the beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. We would definitely stay again.

This was our first stay this far north on the island and we loved the neighborhood feel! 6 Seahorse Way is just a few minutes walk to the beach and the private beach access allows you plenty of space to spread out away from the public beaches. Alex’s home was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. We had plenty of room for our group of three adults and six teenagers. The large deck was perfect for morning coffee and the pool provided a refreshing end to a long day on the sand. Alex was a great host and communication was top notch. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to book again!

Don't look any further- this is the one! Alex & his beach house were so amazing! Alex was very responsive & helpful before & during our stay. The house was perfect for me, my husband, our daughter & her husband & their two corgis (loved the fenced in yard), but would comfortably fit more. We each had a master bedroom with our own en-suite bathroom, and the house was beautifully decorated, full of natural light through the many windows & a very nice, large kitchen. Everything was clean & very comfortable including the beds. We loved drinking our coffee on the huge deck in the morning and swimming in our private pool and jacuzzi after a day at the beach. The beach is truly a short walk away in a quaint neighborhood with lovely beach homes all around. We woke up early a couple mornings to watch the sunrise on the beach and it was so gorgeous. We didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend renting Sea Horse Dream for your stay on Hilton Head Island. You won't be disappointed!

The House was great for our family to get together. Our Grandsons shared the bunk beds and had a wonderful time being together. Yet Grandma and Grandpa used the suite downstairs and was able to get some quiet time. My son had the 2nd downstairs suite and my Daughter had the upstairs suite. All in all the location was just a few minutes walk to beach. Everyone enjoyed. Thanks.

Beautiful, immaculate house in a great location with an excellent host! Alex's home is in a charming neighborhood with quick access to the beach. We also enjoyed time on the large deck with stairs to the backyard and pool. This arrangement was perfect for our dog who needs a secure space. Inside the home, the furnishings are lovely and comfortable. All the bathrooms are newer and beautiful. Wonderful stay - would definitely return!

This was the first time my immediate family and I were all together in a couple years. Alex made his house feel like a home and we were grateful for the time we spent together. Kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms all had enough towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap, beds were very comfortable. Added bonus was hot tub and pool. Thank you my family will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's house. The house is an easy walk to and from the beach and having a small private pool was a huge plus with kids in tow. The kitchen was well stocked but be prepared to bring or purchase beach towels. The split level of the home offered some privacy between family groups. Check-in and check-out was easy.
