Had a great stay! Loved the backyard with the sand and projector. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Aleksandar was very responsive. Walkable distance to the beach. Highly recommend.

I don’t even know where to begin, This was the absolute best stay I have had in Panama City beach in YEARS. Everything down to the outdoor projector was perfect! Very low key spot, with amazing access to the beach, restaurants and more! I have absolutely 0 complaints about this stay. We will definitely be back at this same spot next year!

We loved our stay in this cute beach house! It was an easy walk to the beach! The house was perfect for me and my teens! They loved the hangout back porch and projection screen. They had a blast with the beach volleyball court in the backyard and the outdoor shower was super convenient! We will strongly Consider renting again!!

When we first arrived, we found hairs on the sheets and chairs. Some kitchen supplies still had food on it from previous people. The outside furniture and grill was dirty. There was trash and socks were left under the furniture. Towels smelled of cigarettes and the soap dispensers were empty. The walls were also dirty and sticky. When contacting the host he had the cleaning lady come back to clean it. When she arrived she refused to clean it. All she did was throw a bag of sheets at me and told me I had to change them myself. During this conversation her boyfriend came up to us to intimidate us while blocking us in the driveway with their truck. This situation threatened our safety and we left immediately. The only upside was that the host responded quickly and we were able to get a full refund.

Response:This was unfortunate event where guests wanted to get refund no matter what, they checked in at 4:21pm , at 5:21pm began complaining, we immediately wanted to send our housekeeping to check which they refused but somehow afterwards agreed, when housekeeping arrived guests literarily moved all the furniture around, rugs, stove etc, and they didn't let our housekeeping to clean. We didn't want this to prolong any further and we offered full refund at our loss , however even if they got a refund which was not justified at all as house was ready they didn't stop being rude and as you can see they left this horrible review destroying our rating. We put so much love and work in this house where we also stay very often for someone to trash it like this. I wish this review can be removed but unfortunately it cannot.

Hello,
We did the best we could but honest feedback from you and your friends/ family will help us a lot to improve the listing .
However we are still working on the house manual but here are some the important information:
0. Check in is at 4pm or after , Check out is at 11am or eariler.
1. Feel free to park anywhere except on the grass.
2. Entrance door (front ) code is 2303
3. WiFi Password for PCB BBB is fujitsu123
4. In the cleaning fee is included everything except the dishwashing , taking off sheets from tour bed and trash removal. (please clean after yourself as much as possible)
5. Extra trash bags and cleaning supplies are under the sink in the kitchen.
6. Please leave the dirty sheets and towels in trash bag and leave it next to the washer in the laundry room (this is Airbnb requirement due the COVID ). Don't place the blankets on the floor. Please, put the pillows cases together with a sheets in the laundry room.
7. Air Mattresses are in the closet in the bedroom as well the extra blankets if you have additional previously reported guest.
8.Trash(please close trash bags and leave them in the trash bins outside ).Take the bathroom garbage too.
9. We got fiber internet, most of the time is great, so far no complaints.
10. IMPORTANT, please pick up after your PET!
11. Please, don’t let the pets use sheets and blankets provided by us, if we find any extensive hair on the blanket we will consider this item as damage and we will seek the full price of the item
12. Fishing gear and beach toys are free to use, however if anything is damaged or missing you will be responsbile for it.
13. Outdoor Projector instructions:
The projector is already attached to the fire stick and the remote control is on the projector itself.
If you are willing to connect your phone or computer to the projector fill free to use it, just make sure to return it on default settings after you are done.
14. If you would like to use outside shower, make sure that wather valve is turned on in the laundry room.
15. Our house is pet friendly, however that doesn’t mean that you don’t need to clean after them, we are providing pet toys and bowls that needs to be placed back where you found them. As well we are providing poop bags , please make sure to pick up after your pets.
16. Please don’t use dish soap for dishwasher , use the dishwasher pods that we provided . Using a dish soap creates extensive damage to our washer
