Welcome to "Sea Breeze Retreat" in New Smyrna Beach. Tucked away in the quiet Sea Woods community, our condo offers a laid-back escape. Located in the resort-like community of Sea Woods, our condo is just steps away from the beach and features 3 pools, one of which is heated seasonally. With a workout room, pickleball and tennis courts on-site, there's no shortage of activities to keep you entertained during your stay.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

A personal code for door lock will be given the morning of check-in.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, and guest must occupy the condo for the entire length of stay. A government-issued ID will be required after booking and instructions for remitting will be given. Name on credit card/booking must match ID.

Maximum occupancy: 4

Up to 4 adults maximum

House Rules

1. No smoking or vaping
2. No parties or events
3. No unregistered guests
4. Respect community quiet time beginning at 10pm
5. Dogs must be approved by owner at time of reservation; leashed on property at all times; cleaned up after; dogs may not constitute any annoyance or nuisance to residents

Payment Policy

—Initial 50% payment
—Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival
—$500 security deposit due 7 days prior to check in
—A $30 returned check fee will apply to all checks returned for insufficient funds

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing prior to 14 days before arrival, will receive a full refund minus $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing within 14 days of arrival, will be refunded cleaning fees and 50% of total nightly stay including tax, and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

It is highly recommended guest(s) purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. NO refunds are given unless our condominium community of Sea Woods is under an evacuation order. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 30. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance for vacations during these dates. Please check what travel insurance your credit card may offer. You can also visit www.insuremytrip.com
