A spectacular second-floor beachfront condo offers breathtaking views of the ocean. The beach is steps away so take your morning cup of coffee on the beach as you watch the inspiring sunrise and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. Conveniently close to shops, grocery market, restaurants, and Coconut Coast. The condo is centrally located in Kauai's eclectic town of Kapa'a making it easy to visit the North and West side of the island.

The condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 full and a 1/2 bath allowing extra space to freshen up. For your convenience and comfort, the condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner, in-unit washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, cable and smart TV. Complete with beach chairs, umbrella, and towels so you are ready to hit the beach upon arrival.

The condo shares a common door with the next door studio. For security and privacy, the door is locked with a double side (cylinder) deadbolt so it can't be opened from both sides.

Steps away to shared amenities including oceanfront pool, beach access, rec room with games and ping-pong table and barbeque grills.

House Rules

Observe the Hawaiian style by removing your shoes before entering the condo/or kindly dust foot-wear off accordingly and remove once inside. Outdoor showers available near the pool to rinse off sand and shoes if necessary.

Clean any spills up immediately.

Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil or lotion on.

We ask you please do not spray sunscreen inside the unit or lanai.

Please do not leave any food out on the counter as it will attract ants and bugs. Keeping the kitchen clean and food/crumbs cleaned from the counters are important in tropics. Please store food in the fridge or airtight container and PLEASE REMOVE TRASH daily.

No smoking, No pets, No parties or events. Quiet hours are between 9:00PM - 9:00AM except for the local roosters. :-) Please be considerate of noise level for other guests in nearby units . Mahalo!

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
