Landscape plantings in the backyard happening now & pro photos coming soon but we couldn't wait any longer to share this fabulous new remodel! 2 King and 1 Queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (additional full sized deluxe air mattress available upon request). Open floorplan, with indoor/outdoor living set up for relaxing between exploring the unlimited activities all super close by. We love this quaint house and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Extended stay discounts can be arranged.
With the interior all freshly remodeled the back yard also cannot be missed. Super fun pool, out door sofas, pool lounge chairs, fire pit, BBQ and hammock make for a relaxing place to hang out all year round. We love our neighbors so no parties are allowed but this is a fantastic home to relax at and be close to all the Old Town Scottsdale & beyond action!

This place was perfect for our short stay! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Instructions to Wenger were simple and clear. The backyard had plenty of space for the kids to run around, and we had a blast in the pool. I like to leave a place, at minimum, as I found it, so I have no problem cleaning up… however, I’ve stayed in other Airbnb’s with ridiculous cleaning fees, that require you to do a load of towels, strip the linens, throw the garbage, and more! But not this place! Take the trash out and run the dishwasher is all they ask. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and conveniently located. Grocery stores, shopping, and tons of restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive. Wish we could of stayed longer! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We drove down to Scottsdale from California (6 of us). After driving for 6 hrs we wanted nothing more than to stay somewhere where we could feel right at home during our stay. And that was exactly what we experienced in Mollys home from beginning to end! It felt very welcoming from the moment you opened the door! Spacious living room, kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal and a perfect size dining area! They have 2 bathrooms and both are spacious! The beds in each of the 3 bedrooms were very comfy! The pool, BBQ area and patio area were perfect! This home is beautiful, well taken care of, very organized and clean (both inside and out)! My husband and I are already making plans to go out there again and book this PERFECT home! I recommend this home to anyone! Best Air B&B I have stayed at yet!

Stays Under 28 Nights - Full payment due at booking.
Stays 28 Nights and Over - $500 deposit required to book, the remaining amount due a day before check in.

Cancellation Policy

Stays Under 28 Nights - Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before check-in.
Stays 28 Nights and Over - Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
