Alexis’s place is in a really beautiful neighborhood! It’s like country in the city. It’s a large property and very private. The house is well-suited for large families with plenty of space and a beautiful pool. Very relaxing !

By writing the truth I’m sure I will receive a bad guest rating. I have two previous five star reviews on this trip and expect a third 5 star review for my stay in Naples. At one time the house was beautiful. Sadly that is not the case now. When we opened the front door there was an incredibly strong odor of pet urine. The floors were very dirty. The yard had piles of debris. Rented the house so our dogs could run. Not safe. The area around the pool dirty and cluttered. The tennis court was a great feature. All the couches in the house smelled of pet urine. I will say Charlene, Tiffany and Eddie tried the best they could to remedy the issues. The issues were beyond what they could do. The house needs a definite overhaul before anyone else rents it. Also, it was advertised at a reduced rate of 1250. Still waiting for that refund. If needed I can supply pictures if necessary. Also, Tiffany took pictures of the mouse bathroom as well.

We enjoyed a delightful weekend at this amazing property. It’s a beautiful and spacious home in a tree-filled, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the comfortable beds, multiple gathering spaces, and the amazing kitchen. Two of us were able to work during our “stay-cation” with no difficulty, including Zoom meetings, and such. Grocery stores and great restaurants are nearby. A real plus is the easy access to a whole network of bike trails that cover the county. The house and the pool were spotlessly clean, and the hosts were quick to answer questions and offer suggestions. I plan to book the house again for my extended family; we will be very grateful for the four bedrooms as well as the additional beds in and around the great room!

The property was amazing and so was the host! Very easy and quick communications from the beginning. The house itself was gorgeous and can fit plenty of people. Kitchen and screened in pool areas were massive! The host made sure we had plenty of beds for guests to sleep in. We were provided with an extra propane tank for grilling and had access to some outdoor games as well. This is a great location for a gathering of friends for a weekend or for a family gathering that wants somewhere to chill out and relax. I highly recommend this house to those booking a large party to the Tampa Bay area!!

Recently stayed here and enjoyed our stay. Pool area is great, enjoyed the heated pool. Hot water tank went out while there and Alexis had a new unit in the same day. Master bedroom is wonderful as is the kitchen area. Ice maker in kitchen is a big plus. Some friends in the guest bedrooms indicated those beds were not very comfortable. Did have to wipe off some spilled material off of the bar area on the additional living room area in the loft room, which was disappointing. 3 of the 4 grills outside really need to be removed. Cold water handle in shared bathroom did not work. Neighborhood is wonderful. No concerns for early morning or late night walks. Several groceries and eateries within 5 to 10 minutes. Wifi available throughout residence. Always found Uber or Lyft to be nearby. Alexis was a great host and very responsive to inquiries. I do think renters should be aware of trash and pool maintenance schedule upon their check-in date. Check out was very easy.

Our stay at the Margolin Lane house was perfect. It was roomy enough to accommodate my large group of family and friends, privacy for all. The amazing kitchen and family room brought everyone together nicely. Great location, many stores near by highly recommend.
