This rental house has 4 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms with a private pool. The main level has a screened in deck area. The downstairs has a separate mother-in-law suite with it's own bedroom, bathroom and galley kitchen. Pool heated for $35 a day.

10/13/25-2/28/26 snowbird discounts - 2 weeks (10%), 3 weeks (30%), 4 weeks (50%) Pool heated for $35 a day. Pets considered on a case by case basis. Please do not book without prior approval of pet and/or pool heat fee. Youtube TV and Disney Plus are included. Minority of group under 25 requires a $500 deposit collected after the booking. No house parties allowed.
